We had a lovely stay. The staff was AMAZING! Room was very clean

Friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness of room

Cons:

Ice machine on my floor as well as 2 other floors were out of ice. I do understand things happen though.

Pros:

very nice hotel room, rooms are updated, modern, looks exactly like it does on the hotel website. Marc was so nice upon our late arrival. The suites were so spacious and comfortable, Hilton beds are so much more better than Marriott! The only thing that might not be convenient is the part of downtown that it’s in, but the hotel accommodations itself makes up for it. Also the breakfast was lacking so don’t expect much, but again we came for the room and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very nice. The breakfast didn’t have much of anything. The snacks/drinks were very expensive. Pool towels were the size of a dish towel.

Pros:

The location and the staff, they are nice, approachable and kind.
They gave us also 1 hour extension prior to check out.

Cons:

The toilet is literally dirty. No refilled liquid soap and tissues.
