Un hotel f. frumos, curatenie exemplara, camerele dotate cu tot ce este necesar pt. sedere, iar micul dejun foarte bogat, diversificat si delicios.

Nice pet friendly hotel in Cluj
Pros:

Pet friendly, big room, big bed, nice view and great breakfast.

They charge a pet fee per night but the reception staff was very kind to only charge it for one night for the entire stay.

Cons:

The shower instalation was weird and not easy to operate

Că de obicei, totul în ceea ce privește hotelul și facilitățile

Cons:

Zgomotele nocturne intense, lipsa oricărei atitudini a personalului fata de zgomotul ce deranja odihnă celor ce nu sunt pasionați de diverse sporturi sau se cearta in miez de noapte. La un hotel de acest nivel așteptăm o altă atitudine. Impardonabil

Great place to stay for your visit to Cluj!
Pros:

Top class hotel, huge bedroom, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience.
Cons:

I asked for a quite room. I explained at the reception at check in that all I care is about a good night sleep. I was given room 701. I was unable to sleep until 23:30 because from time to time I could hear a loud clicking sound. I was happy that at some point I was able to go to sleep. I was woken up at 5:10 by the same clicking sound. I was very sleepy but every time I would fall asleep the sound would wake me up so at 5:45 I decided to just check out and not even wait for breakfast. It was an very disappointing experience.
