Excellent
Pros:

Everything was great from start to end. I found parking, the staff were all lovely, and helpful, very friendly. I also found it very decent priced for being a big hotel and all thhe facilities they offer. There is also a great gym in there. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and overall I had an amazing stay. Would really recommend and I would stay there again when I`m back in Cluj. Thank you!

Cons:

Curățenia in camera superficială,când am tras scaunul de la birou o pereche de ciorapi stăteau în saramură.
Seara am întrebat la ce ora este micul dejun...ora 7.00...evident că la ora 7.10 stăteam sa ma rog sa-mi aducă pâine să pot să mănânc...a venit domnul din Sri Lanka sau Burkina Faso și îmi aduce doua chifle pe o farfurioa....având în vedere că eram și cu copilul...rogă la recepție să se ocupe cineva de situație ș.a.m.d
