Great friendly staff Super clean would stay again
The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The pillows aren’t supportive and the AC was very loud, so I didn’t sleep very well. Also, a towel hook near the shower would be helpful.

The location is great as far as being close to where I needed to be, dining, shopping etc. The breakfast was good. It was always very nice and well-kept and attended to. Coffee was nice to have early.
We had a room that faced the 202 and if the a/c wasn’t on, the traffic noise was not good. Then when the a/c the unit rattled. The water pressure was not great.
I wanted to thank you and your staff for a wonderful weekend for our out-of-town wedding guests who stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites! I heard all positive feedback from everyone about the great breakfast buffet, large rooms, relaxing pool, and friendly staff.
The staff was so helpful and I wanted to goto the Ross Store and the staff told me that they were able to transport me to and back.
Everything was good.
The toilet was stopped up on Saturday morning and when we left at 1:00 pm for a wedding I stopped at the front desk and told the man about it and he(Wes) said he would take care of it… We returned at 7:30 pm
and it hadn’t been taken care of so I called the front desk and the lady said i’ll send someone right up… When maintenance came he said that the notice was given at 1:00 that afternoon and he just got notified.
When I checked out on Sunday morning the same man was at the check in desk and I said to him,” The problem with the toilet in room 221 wasn’t taken care of and he said, oh they must have been busy.” He lied to me about it. I had my 88 year old mother with me who needed the toilet… Poor service in my book
Breakfasts were good. Baked goods could be switched up each day.Same with yogurt varieties.
Tired of the same scone varieties. Would have liked donuts.
