Our stay was quiet, safe and comfortable
Pros:

Location is perfect. Restaurants close by shops and golf courses. Two pools and a hot tub although the outdoor pool was not yet open it is a lovely area with the cabana outside. The grounds are immaculate and well landscaped. Room and balcony are good sized. Balcony is good size. Staff checking in for accommodating, friendly and very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. The coffee in the breakfast room is not good although there is a Keurig by the front door you can use in off hours. The hot tub was murky.

Pros:

I liked the indoor heated pool and how the staff were nice. I absolutely loved that the entire property was non-smoking. I also loved how friendly other guests were, especially the two ladies that were by the whirlpool when my son and I swam, they were very nice. The shower and bath was amazing and the shower head had amazing pressure to it, definitely helped my back relax after a long day.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and loud. The temperature wasnt the best and the room definitely needs some upgrades done to it to have it up to date. My door didnt match up with the siding so it made it have a gap where light came through.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The location was good. Indoor pool. Outdoor pool area and my patio was nice even though to cold to use

Cons:

Tv didn't work properly in my room, and the two other rooms that people I knew stayed in. The front desk at night staff is unprofessional. People that she must have known came and lots of telling/family drama happened right in front of me and my kids

Room was nice and clean

Cons:

Breakfast was quite poor. All carbs, limited fruit and almost no protein. There was a QR code in the room for hotel information that was hacked and opened a dangerous website in my phone.

Great off season destination as the price of the resort is very expensive in the summer months.
Pros:

Pool was wonderful with a hot tub as well. Room was Spacious and newly reovated.
Location was excellant with a short drive to the pirate musuem and Captian parkers pub.
Would stay again during the off season.

Cons:

The breakfast in the morning. The bagels where stale. Selection was not great with only apples offered as a fruit.
There was no elevator so request a first floor room if you have Mobility issues. My friend has a problem with stairs.

Details; the breakfast was minimal in options, kitchen area not really accessible throughout the day, no sink on the first floor to use to wash your hands or for disposal of liquids. Both clocks in the pool area were broken (no batteries ) the pool towels are tiny, cabinet back fell off, electrical outlet cover broken I have photos to show if desired
