The doors were broken, the floor in the bathroom was broken, shower leaked all over floor
It was a beautiful motel to stay in which is in front of the beach with the pool in front of the beach !! It was close to all the gas stations and restaurants and gym and Publix which is the grocery store in Florida. Some rooms have kitchens in them, so that was great as well and it was pretty much clean.!
The showers outside for the pool area doesn’t work at all and it would be wonderful if they can fix it so people can take showers after coming out of the beach or the pool before going back to the rooms sand can cause pretty much the room to be filled with sand if we can’t take the sand off before coming back in the room!
It would be wonderful to have beach towels available for their customers to use at the beach or in the pool area!
They need to update the washer and dryer they offer there otherwise everything else was pleasant
Die Lage am Meer ist toll! Auch der Pool ist ganz neu. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Personal nett. Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung.
Der muffelige Geruch in den Zimmern ist leider extrem, da vermutlich nicht richtig gelüftet wird. Wir haben Zimmer gewechselt, war aber genauso schlimm wie im ersten Zimmer. Deshalb haben sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben.

Daytona beach is absolutely beautiful, and staying here gives us peace and tranquillity of hearing the ocean waves outside my door. The sunrise is spectacular. The pool is located right on the ocean and has so many chairs and tables to relax at anytime of day. This property is close to shopping but yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of high rise buildings. We enjoyed the upgrade, and having a kitchen is very beneficial because eating out can get a bit pricey. This property is a hidden gem, and we love. Thanks to Nicole specifically and to all the staff who made our time away very enjoyable and for the extras you provided us in the kitchen.
We were leaving the next morning to drive back to Canada, so we just wanted to relax and get some sleep. just as Spring breakers arrived on Friday night they were very disruptive in the hallways, shouting at one another. The vehicles they were driving were very loud mufflers. . and for hours they drove back and forth across the parking lot until 130 in the morning.
We stayed by accident a couple of years ago when we couldn’t get into the Grand Seas gor a couple of days.. Expecting the worst and was very pleasantly surprised. Now we just book all our stays at Labella!

Disgusting atmosphere, inside and outside. Bedrooms smelled like mildew, bed sheets were stained and dirty, parking lot had drug deals going on, seemed like a place that welcomed trouble. Definitely chose to leave even without a refund being an option from management.
Wifi kept going out so wasn't able to watch tv. Got moved to a different room still kept messing up even after someone came to fix it.
The property is so cute and accessible. We had no issues with parking or accessing anything we needed. Everything was kept clean and we felt safe.

The location to the beach was excellent. The pool was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom fan and light are connected and it was noisy.
The young man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating
We had no toilet paper or tissues upon check in. There was no utensils or plates. The floors made our feet black so we were shoes the entire time. We had to ask for new bedding and pillow cases upon check in as well. I was given free late check out and woken up to pounding on the door and ahe wasnt informed.
