The view was nice and the bathroom was clean.
Very cute and cozy
Nothing
location was awesome, did not try breakfast , very clean this is an older hotel a little tired but well worth the money
Cercano a todo el pueblo y a los mejores restaurantes y atracciones
Beautiful view and walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Rooms was clean just needs updating. The smell is from building being old. The entry doors need to be stronger a bear could come in.
A child apparently I hope it was a child had pooped in pool. It was there for 3 days and there when we left. It’s a nice pool just not cleaned properly and around pool could be cleaned up. I would have loved to have gotten in the pool.
Love the location and the view from the room
The bed was a little hard and hurt my back but other than that loved it
The property was nice enough. Location to town was excellent, if you don’t mind the very steep hill.
The pool was great but they shut it down so early. It wasn’t even dark yet. The first night, the worker came and was mean to us saying the pool was closed at 9. It was 9:03 and still very much light outside. And the sign on the wall said that the pool closed at 10. He was very mean about it for no reason.
The location was nice.
The King room with spa was spacious but very outdated. Could not run the spa because sewage smell filled the room. After trying the spa. Their was a gray slime like substance in the bathtub. Ran the water in a clear glass and seen floating gray debris. Not a good sign at all. The beds have very little padding. More like a large cot. Very musky smelling. Not a pleasant stay at all. We will not be staying here again.
The grounds were nice and the common areas seemed ok. Good location but still had to drive and pay to park to walk the strip.
Once we reached our room, the good experience faded. The only nice thing was that we had the jacuzzi in our room which was the reason I booked this place. Reviews said it was dated but clean, not our experience at all! Rust, mildew and cleaner smell that was atrocious, horrible “renovation” work, trash literally in the couch and a sticky hand on the ceiling fan. Floors were so warped from damage. Toilet was not even fully installed. It literally moved COMPLETELY when you sat on it. Somehow bubbles were coming up in our bathroom sink (obviously a plumbing backup). I’m honestly not too hard to please but I won’t stay here again. I’m shocked it had good reviews!
Clean room and excellent location.
Room was dated and the entrance area to the building smelled very musty.
How close it was to everything
Cleanliness. Jacuzzi was dirty, sink was dirty, shower was a little dirty, dusty over the wall trim.
View was very good of downtown and the surrounding areas.
Upon checking in, staff was very rude and very disrespectful. She had a pizza box on the front desk and quickly removed it when approached. The following morning, the staff never recognized us as we walked in. She was to herself and didn’t want to be bothered it seemed.
