It's my place to stay when the Apopka area.
Pros:

Location and room comfort

Cons:

Blamed for issue with room key, which I had taken extra measures to keep separated from cell phone. Otherwise, very friendly staff.

I am thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The professionalism exhibited by the woman who handled my check-in was exceptional, deserving a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The cleanliness and breakfast provisions were also impeccable.

Cons:

I had a very unpleasant experience with the individual at the checkout counter. In an attempt to be personable, I inquired about her nationality. While I fully respect her right to decline to share such information, it is worth noting that she had previously requested my email address and solicited a positive review.

Despite my efforts to maintain a cordial demeanor, I must express that in nearly two decades of international travel, I have never encountered such a humiliating interaction with a front desk representative. I strongly believe that this individual requires further training in customer service and professional etiquette. Her overall conduct was exceptionally rude, and she failed to offer even a basic greeting.

Nice hotel, good location, lovely staff
Pros:

Nice hotel, good location for what I needed

Cons:

My only complaint was the lack of allergen information on the breakfast items and the staff member couldn't speak a huge amount of English which made the question difficult to convey. Lady was super keen and helpful, but didn't understand what I was asking
