Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Rooms need a little updating but oh my the view! The front desk staff were amazing and so very helpful! They think of everything there!
Room was clean and well appointed. View was awesome. Lots of choices for breakfast.
I hated that we couldn't stay longer.
We loved our time here. It is a beautiful place with ocean views and great spots to watch the sunset by the fire with great seating. Kenneth helped us out greatly, he made us feel welcome, was super proactive and even recommended a superb bottle of wine! He made this stay super relaxed!
From the moment we arrived and checked in our experience at Coho was amazing. Kenneth made sure we had the best time and was extremely friendly. He lit the fires for us, recommended the best wine, and even gave us a board game to play. The best place to stay in Lincoln city because of the atmosphere but also because of Kenneth himself. Absolute legend that guy!
The breakfast was excellent. A very nice variety of food and beverages. There was also a selection of fruits and muffins.

A wonderful seafront experience with convenient beach access. This hotel has a adults only section, so it makes the experience more peaceful for a couples getaway. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they provide a good breakfast, and the view can't be beat! Side note, we even saw whales while sitting on your patio the last evening!
We are 2 couples passing thru traveling north to Vancouver, Canada and passed thru Lincoln City searching for a place for the night. We stumbled upon CoHo Lodge and it was wonderful! They were serving cookies and coffee in the afternoon when we arrived there at front desk. Chad was was so helpful and gave us the best rooms in the house with a great view of the ocean. we opened our sliding glass door in the room and listened to the most wonderful relaxing surf and then turned on our fireplace for a very cozy evening. Great beds, wonderful shower and free french press coffee (decaf and caff) in the room along with a huge TV. In the morning we had a scrumptious breakfast with a wide array of traditional breakfast foods including a melon bowl. No detail left out as they had it all! also had Nice indoor pool and sauna which we didn’t have time for!
Leaving, Aurora checked us out with the sweetest smile and great attitude! Will definitely come back and stay here! I would give it 10’stars if they had that available:)
A friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff especially Mari and Aurora were very friendly, helpful and professional. Jonathan was also helpful. The location and the view of the ocean was perfect. Loved the firepits. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Over all a great place to stay and enjoy.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The room size is spacious and we booked a pet-friendly ocean view, so we could walk out directly onto the green. The fire pit is just a few steps away for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast has a great selection. We used the pool, hot tub and the sauna. Free parking is a bonus and the location is great for walking to the beach or around town. We are definitely planning to stay again!
The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff - all members at the desk and the room service crew - was really friendly and committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated the elevator.
Parking was not so good. We did not realize that the space across the street was part of the facility and wrestled to squeeze into one of the narrow spots near the office. Suggest you take out one of those narrow spaces and restripe your lot to give your driving guests a few more inches of exit/entry space. The window in our room had bird "evidence." We imagine that is an ongoing problem but a more frequent washing might help.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful place with an incredible view and, though we were only able to spend one night there on this trip, we intend to go back and spend more time. The ocean view and breeze are of course wonderful, but for us I think, being able to hear the relaxing sound of the surf all night from our bed gave us one of the best night's sleep we've had in years. Mari, the woman who checked us in was gracious, down to earth and made us feel welcome from the start. The town itself is none too exciting (and not as nice as, say, Cannon Beach) but we'd gladly go back and stay at Coho for a week next time we're in Oregon
Staff friendly and helpful. View amazing. Free breakfast wonderful. We've stayed here multiple times and always have enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
