La proximité avec les commerces et le sanctuaire a été appréciée. Cependant notre chambre donnait sur une route assez bruyante. On a pu laisser nos sacs avant de prendre la chambre et aussi avant quitter Lourdes cela était pratique pour nous.

J'ai bien aimé le professionnalisme du personnel. Arrangeant, à l'écoute de la clientèle et le petit déjeuner copieux que propose l'établissement.

Merci au personnel! Ils sont accueillants et agréables avec la clientèle.

Cons:

Bien qu'à l'arrivée on a proposé une chambre en RDC, ce qui ne nous convenait pas.
Du coup, une chambre dans les combles nous a été laissée.
Pas très confort pour se déplacer dans la chambre sans baisser la tête pour ne prendre la tête dans la structure, le plancher fait beaucoup de bruits et les chambres mal insonorisé.
Cela dû à des voisins de chambre qui ne font pas attention qu'ils ne sont pas seuls dans l'hôtel et malgré que je n'ai rien contre les enfants.

Le personnel a essayé de venir voir le bruit causé par les voisins de chambre après ma réclamation.

Bref, pour un cours séjour je recommande.
Bien que les hôtels de la ville soient à peu près similaires.
