Wie waren in heißen Tagen und war ziemlich heiß.der Zimmer brauchen unbedingt Klimaanlage sonst in Sommer ist schlecht zu schlafen 😴

It's OK
Pros:

Old building, but neat and clean. It has elevators and a vending machine, which was convenient. Close to public transport. In nice and quiet neighbourhood.
I got locked out of my room on a Sunday and person on the emergency number helped me remotely to get into my room. I really appreciate that.
Overall ok. You get what you pay for.

Cons:

Reception not open on a Sunday. Rooms do not have air conditioning and Paris was smouldering hot. Was able to get desk fan from reception at euro 20 deposit. It helped a bit. They should really invest in air conditioning.

Pros:

Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Ihan ok mutta pieni huoneisto.

Cons:

Ilmastoinnin puute, todella tukalaa sisätiloissa. Keittonurkkaus niin pieni, ettei siellä käytännössä ruokaa mahdu valmistamaan. Samoin ruokapöytä on pieni.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e in meno di un'ora si è in centro a Parigi (che per essere a Parigi, con questo prezzo, è un affarone).
Colazione mangiabile anche se insomma non tutta questa gran cosa. Sono campata di saccottini, anche perchè la cameriera parlava solo francese quindi se pure avessi voluto chiedere qualcosa non ci sarei riuscita.
Stanza pulita, il bagno molto meno.
Receptionist gentilissima ha risolto tutti i problemi che abbiamo avuto.

Il problema più grosso è stato all'arrivo quando io e il mio collega abbiamo cercato di fare il check-in fuori orario alla macchinetta apposita, ma la macchinetta (come sempre, quando mai funziona la tecnologia quando serve) sosteneva che non c'erano prenotazioni a mio nome. Provato di tutto finchè non ho dovuto chiamare il numero di emergenza ma qui ha risposto un operatore che sapeva solo ed esclusivamente il francese e non ha voluto aiutarmi. Per fortuna il collega con cui ero qualcosa di francese parlava quindi ho passato a lui il telefono e dopo un po' siamo riusciti ad entrare, ma se fossi stata da sola che avrei fatto?? Sarei rimasta chiusa fuori a notte fonda, avendo pure pagato?? Terribile. E aggiungo che avevo prenotato due camere separate per me e il collega e ci hanno dato UNA sola chiave! Per fortuna il collega è stato di buonsenso e l'ha lasciata a me perchè non avrei chiuso occhio sapendo che un quasi sconosciuto può entrarmi in camera mentre dormo quando vuole. Il giorno dopo il problema è stato risolto ma comunque grande disservizio.
Il bagno era veramente datato e faceva un po' senso, con il boiler proprio in mezzo alla stanza. Due volte mi sono cadute delle cose per terra e quando mi sono chinata a raccoglierle ho visto cose inenarrabili sotto il lavandino. La doccia stava assieme per forza di volontà (mia). Il phon non funzionava, mi sono dovuta asciugare i capelli sul radiatore.
Altra nota fastidiosa: faceva freddo. La prima notte essendo arrivati tardi non ho potuto chiedere assistenza quindi ho dormito ripiegando il piumino del letto matrimoniale in due. Il giorno dopo ho fatto salire un'assistente e mi ha mostrato come accendere il radiatore, ma era di quelli cenozoici che puzzano di bruciato. Ho avuto paura che andasse a fuoco la stanza tutte le notti (anche perchè per avere un po' di buio dovevo incastrargli le tende dietro).

Pros:

Апартаменты размещаются недалеко от станции метро. Ехать до центра примерно 30 минут. Персонал приятный. В номере чисто и есть всё необходимое. В номере было два телевизора и большие кровати.

Cons:

Раздельный санузел это на любителя. Уборка в номере с пополнением всех расходников раз в пять дней.
