Freundlich Zimmer sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet Frühstück war ausreichend sogar mit Live Musik

Cons:

Eigentlich nix negatives
Eine kl. Sache evt. Vielleicht im Bad ein Haken anbringen um Kleidung anzuhängen.

Ein toller Aufenthalt, man muss die super Lage des Hotels mit bezahlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, das lag durch einen Hintereingang zugänglich in der hinteren Seitenstraße. Diese Straße was sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Wir waren der Meinung mit Frühstück gebucht zu haben, dies war zum Anreisezeitpunkt über booking.com nicht mehr nachzuvollziehen.

Zwar zentrale Lage, aber keine schöne Aussicht und eine übertrieben teure Sauna

Die freundliche Rezeptionistin, die Sauberkeit und die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Das Hotel heißt Belvedere - schöne Aussicht. Die hatte ich definitiv nicht (EG und Landseite). Ich habe auf einen ungepflegten kleinen Hinterhof und eine Mauer geguckt. Die Sonnenterrasse war abgeschlossen. Die Dachterrasse mit der beworbenen schönen Aussicht ist nur für dortige Zimmer.
Der Frühstückskoch mag Musik zum Arbeiten, was grundsätzlich okay ist. Nur hab ich ab 06:15 Uhr aufgrund meines angeklappten Fensters direkt mithören können. Schlaf ade...
Das die Sauna nicht kostenfrei ist, war ja bei Booking zu lesen. Aber 25 € pro Termin für mich alleine? Die Therme im Nivea-Haus kostet nur 23 € pro Tag! Da stimmen die Relationen nicht mehr!
Zum Zimmer: wenig Stauraum für einen Ostseeurlaub, der massive Holzschrank sieht ja cool aus, aber ist unpraktisch.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das war bis jetzt das beste Hotelbett in dem ich geschlafen habe! Sehr sauber und die Damen von der Rezeption, Früh wie Abendschicht waren sehr nett und herzlich!

Trotz Buchung und rechtzeitiger Bezahlung stand für uns kein Zimmer zur Verfügung, angeblich ein Computer Fehler !
Die Umbuchung hat über 2 Std. gedauert, die wir auf der Terrrasse des Hotels, ohne jegliches Getränk bei Wärme, verbracht haben. Damit konnten wir uns Warnemünde nicht mehr ansehen, denn als Senioren Paar war uns dieser Ärger, verbunden mit Aufregung, zuviel.

Bis auf den Schimmel ist alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen.
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels direkt am Alten Strom. Das Gästehaus ist in der Parallelstraße ruhig gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht, jedoch auch teilweise überfordert.

Cons:

Für die Reinigung des Zimmers muss zusätzlich gezahlt werden. Das Frühstück ist nicht inklusive. Der Parkplatz ist etwas entfernt entweder am Bahnhof oder der Mittelmole.
Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl im Gästehaus. Die Treppe zu den im ersten Stock gelegenen Zimmern ist steil und eng. Für ältere Personen oder solche mit Gehbehinderung ist das Haus nicht geeignet.
Im Bad ist am Fenster im unteren Bereich Schwarzschimmel. Dieser wurde nicht entfernt.
