Gutes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Ausstattung und Lage sind gut. Anlage ist großzügig und man hat genug Platz an Strand und Pool.
Das Frühstück ist top

Cons:

Manche Sachen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Abendmenü ist zwar qualitativ sehr gut, aber teilweise wird verkrampft ein exotischer oder exklusiver Stil versucht. Gute und einfach italienische Köche der Region wäre hier passender

The property and the staff aim at delivering a level of service that they already get paid for even though they are not prepared to offer. There should be more training for the staff to be more professional and the rooms should be updated: the one we were given stank of sewers. We were then given a different one and asked to love our luggage to the new one asap as new customers were coming and they would have gotten ours…

Nagyon szép hotel gyönyörű kilátással és jól felszerelt Spa-val
Pros:

Gyönyörű szálloda a tengerparton, medencével, tengerparttal és spa-val. A szobák szépek, az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A naplementék csodálatosak, látni az Etnát és a Stombolit is. A tengerparti bár étel/ital választéka jó. Capo Vaticano gyalogosan egy kicsit messze van, de mi autóval érkeztünk.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
Pros:

The view is beautiful but otherwise I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed in Room 122 and were woken up every morning at 7 AM with hammering. Angelica told us she could not move us since the hotel was full. She also said that it was temporary emergency construction and would not happen again. It’s now been two days and we are stuck here since we have paid in full for four nights.

The beach is beautiful but you are supposed to reserve the chairs and no one can explain how to do this. Snorkels are €3.50 euros per day and Fins are five euros per day. The pool is very salty since it comes from the ocean.

There are two restaurants and they each have approximately three appetizers, three starters, and 3 main courses. The food is okay but not filling.

Everyone is ready to charge you for everything. If you want a coffee machine in the room, it’s €10 per day.

The phones in the room generally do not work so you cannot call the Front Desk. If you travel to a restaurant outside of the resort, it’s very difficult to get a taxi or uber back. The hotel told us to call and said they would help set up a return to the hotel but they never pick up the phone.

It’s not a relaxing hotel to visit and the service is awful and nobody cares. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Séjour idéal pour la plage, le repos, la détente, les couchers du soleil, et l'excellente nourriture
Pros:

Hôtel très bien organisé où toutes les activités de bord de mer sont possibles : plage, piscine, spa, merveilleux couchers du soleil calabrais. Nourriture excellente et très variée pour les repas du soir. Idéal si on a besoin de se reposer. On a tout sur place et la propreté est impeccable.

Cons:

Le côté peu intimiste de l'hôtel, mais nous le savions avant de réserver.
