The atmosphere of the restaurant is more geared towards a large crowd, such as a conference, than individual guests. And the menu is very limited.

Nice and friendly staff but mid-range experience.
Pros:

Location is quiet, peaceful. Beach is spectacular. Beautiful lobby.

Cons:

Staff were very kind but incredibly slow or non existent. There just seemed to be a lack of organization and overall management.
Most of the time if you were by pool or sand you had to go ask someone if you wanted to order a drink.
Ordered 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and they were not setup so we had to explain what we ordered.
Requested a shuttled to Tropea. It was never scheduled, so we had to reschedule and change our plans. None of this was a big deal for us but would probably not recommend for someone expecting a higher level of service. Spa was ok. Scheduled a pedicure and then silk ritual. Probably should’ve been scheduled the other way around as pedicure needed to be redone. Again, not a big deal just lacking attention to detail.

Loistava resort upealla rannalla. Huoneet hiljaisia ja mukavan kokoisia. Spa ja pieni kuntosali. Todella rentouttava ja paratiisimainen paikka. Aterioilla myös keliakia hyvin huomioitu. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Cons:

Ravintolan taso voisi olla vähän korkeampi. Välillä herkullisia annoksia, toisinaan hyvin pieniä ja mauttomia. Emme syöneet aina hotellissa, eikä ollut iso ongelma.

Metterei in chiaro con un cartello il fatto che la prima fila sia su prenotazione e a pagamento. Ho visto diversi ospiti in situazioni imbarazzanti. Il personale del ristorante è fantastico ma numericamente da rinforzare.
