Toller Strand, wunderbares Spa, leckeres Frühstück mit exzellenten Zutaten. Kleiner Tipp: Halbpension lohnt sich, da die Küche wirklich überragend ist. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich

Struttura e posizione stupendi. Mare blu, tramonti da sogno.
Personale eccellente, disponibile, sorridente, attento.
La ristorazione è eccezionale. Il Ristorante Strombolicchio merita essere menzionato come favoloso.
La spa è perfetta.
Spiaggia bellissima.
Accoglienza, pulizia, servizi top.

Pros:

Beautiful atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spa facilities were great. The resort was not overcrowded at all. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The balcony was filthy with lots of bird droppings. I had to contact reception multiple times for it to be cleaned, and even after waiting for hours, it was not cleaned well.

If you look for peace and relax this is not the place
Pros:

The cleaning team is very nice and warming
The breakfast is very good and the place is amazing except for the fact that it looks like a kindergarden full of children and geoups of more than 60 people traveling together that take the place as it is their own house

Cons:

They call the place “Resort and Spa”. You imagine a place pf peace and relac but they do not mention that they accept babis and small kids, dogs and groups of more than 60 people in a wedding that make the invasion of all the facilities, invading the swimming pool, the sun beds and the restaurant being noisy and wothout any consideration for the other guests

Not the best place if you look for relax and silence

What a pitty that a place called spa and ressort accepts so big griuos that do not allow the guests to rest and relax. A shame that you pay what you pay looking for a rest and you find a geoup of more than 40 people shauting in the pool

Beautiful
Pros:

I just returned from a relaxing, mostly peaceful stay at this lovely hotel. The location is absolutely gorgeous, with a kind and welcoming staff. A few issues on my last night, but overall I would definitely recommend.

Here are the highlights I want to share:

-A very big thank you to Catarina at the front desk. She wonderfully helped me navigate through a sudden health issue. I will always be grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine goodness. I greatly appreciate it. She truly shines here at the hotel.
-The food was fantastic. Loved it. Thanks to Mazia for being a brightness in the restaurant, and to Paolo and Antonino for being attentive to my dietary needs. All very kind people.
-Thanks to Pina in housekeeping for helping me with my bags. I deal with health issues, and she was right there for me. Wonderful.
-Eleonora! I loved talking with you. Thanks for always being welcoming to me and other guests. I could buy even more in the gift shop! Thanks for your time for sure.
-The spa is so relaxing and peaceful. Alessandra is excellent in explaining the services provided. Again, as with so many of the team members, she was so welcoming. Definitely spend time in the spa area - either inside or outside. For my birthday, I received a complimentary hand massage from Catia. Amazing!! Felt great!

I also want to thank team members Marco, Leonardo, Claudia and Ludovica at the hotel.

A couple things to note:

-A private car transfer to the Lamezia Terme train station is 130 euros. It takes about an hour and a half or so.
-If you want a front row beach chair at the hotel's private beach it's 50 euros. Otherwise, it's free for guests. Note that there are some pebbles too, so you might want to bring water shoes.

As mentioned, there were a few issues on my last night here, which I conveyed to the manager. Hopefully those issues get rectified in the future. I do appreciate the gentlemen who tried to assist with a few things my last night there as well.

Overall, though, I had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The water is absolutely beautiful - the sunsets too! You can see Stromboli looking west and Sicily looking south. Incredible.
