Pros:

Lokalita absolútne v centre, blízko Karlovho mostu. Pani na recepcii bola veľmi príjemná, milá, zlepšila nám pobyt. Na privítanie nám dala prosecco, čakala nás v dohodnutý čas. Izby menšie ale čisté a komfortné postele. Raňajky v malej miestnosti, keďže je to jeden z najužšich hotelov v Prahe. Výber na raňajky postačujúci, čerstvé ovocie, kontinentálne raňajky.
Hneď vedľa hotela je parádna zmrzlina, odporúčam sa zastaviť.

Cons:

Recepcia nie je nonstop, ale dajú vám prístup a kontakt na ich blízky hotel odkiaľ do pár minút príde recepčná.

Excelente estancia, volvería sin duda!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, la atención de Romana y Alice fue lo mas top, son super amables, el desayuno muy bueno y variado. La habitación muy agradable para descansar, cero ruido del exterior y la cama muy confortable, sin duda regresaré.
Olvidé mi cargador del móvil y me lo guardaron regrese por él al dia siguiente.

Cons:

No me gustó que no pude extender mi estancia, pero fue porque ya no había disponibilidad. En realidad fue mi culpa por no reservar más días con anticipación .
Todo fue OK. Solo recomendaría poner algo en la bañera para no resbalar al salir de ella.

Wonderful. I had stayed there before and loved it enough to come back.
Pros:

The service is incredible. During our stay Ramona and Alex were especially attentive.
Only problem is the cooling system. We were in 203 and the room never cooled down. There was a heat wave the last two days so I would understand the strain. But I’m referring to before, the first three days. Staff did provide a portable fan and without it I couldn’t have stayed in that room.

מיקום מצוין. צוות נחמד מאוד.
אני ביקשתי לקצר את שהותי שם ולעבור למלון אחר. בעל הבית נאות מיד להחזיר את הפרש הסכום ששולם.

Cons:

הקבלה משבע בבוקר עד שבע בערב בלבד. בשאר השעות מענה טלפוני חסר תועלת.
אין לובי. מסדרון צר מוביל לחדר מדרגות.
המעלית מגיעה לקומות שלמות אך יש חצאי קומות, נסתרות מעין.
חדרים קטנים. חלון חדרי נפתח לפטיו קטן אלין הוזרם מצינורות האיוורור. הסרחון מנע את פתיחתו. במלון 9 חדרים אבל יש נסיון שאפתני לארוחת בוקר מגוונת. כתוצאה מכך לא כל הרכיבים טריים.

Excelente custo-benefício
Pros:

A localização é excelente! O hotel fica muito próximo do Centro Histórico e da Ponte Carlos; além disso, fomos muito bem recebidas quando nele chegamos; também gostamos do café da manhã.

Lots going for it.
Pros:

It's hard to top the location of this little gem. Sitting a three minute walk from the old Town Square on one side and a 2 minute walk to the Charles Bridge on the other, this is the ultimate sweet spot for a first time Prague visitor. And wile it sits in the midst of Prague's main attractions, it it itself on a narrow, one way street that gets almost no traffic. Pretty much best of both worlds. Well, almost... while it's on this little side street, it's near the corner, just a few paces from a major tourist thoroufgfare complete with pubs where boustrous folk party hearty on the street well into the wee hours of the morning. It's not always conducive to sleep. We didn't really mind it, but it could be a problem for some. This is a place where you may be better of in a room without a view as not facing the street may be quieter.

The rooms can also feel a little cramped. Not unusually so foe a centrally located place in a Medieval city, and it won't be a problem if you're like us and spend all your time out and about rather than in your hotel room.

Value is good for so centrally located a place and staff are both welcoming and helpful. This is easily a five star choice for many travelers, but some will need to heed the caveats.

Kleines Hotel im Zentrum
Pros:

Ein kleines feines Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Jedoch der Trubel bleibt draußen.
Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch.

Cons:

Leider funktioniere die Klimaanlage nicht und die Nächte waren sehr unangenehm. Auch bereitgestellt Lüfter halfen nur für den Moment.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist gut.
