Beautiful experience
Pros:

Breakfast is pretty standard, but there's really everything you can ask for.
Room is comfortable yet of course a bit small, but that is part of the experience. Everything was spotless and ready.
The staff (receptionist) was VERY kind and lovely.

Cons:

The room in the top floor was actually very hot due to the weather.
The A/C is unable to cool the room, the staff tried to handle this with two extra fans installed in the room.
If you can, choose a room on the first or second floor in summer months.
Do not expect to have a view from the room, there are two rooms on every floor that face other buildings, not the beautiful street.
Windowsill was dirty from bird excrement.

We had a great time!
Pros:

Location was amazing also the staff. We had a situation with the noise from a construction and Itka was super nice and upgraded our room.

Cons:

No complaints.

Litet hotell med toppenläge i gamla stan. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Tyst och lugnt trots centralt läge.

Cons:

Det är ett gammalt hus så avloppen luktade till och från en hel del i rummet. Städningen var sådär - jag har personligen väldigt svårt för att hitta mörka hårstrån överallt. Frukosten kunde haft bättre brödsorter men var för övrigt god och det fanns mycket att välja på.

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, 3 minute walk in one direction to the Charles bridge and 3 minutes in the other direction to the old town square.
Lots of lovely bars and restaurants.

Excellent value for money hotel in very central location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic for all of the main tourist sites within walking distance and with access to trams and metro very close by.
The accommodation is very nice and clean and the breakfast was nice and varied for a small hotel.
The reception staff were all very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing major, shower head holder loose on wall on bathroom.

„Hotel má výbornú polohu priamo v centre. Izby boli čisté, postele veľmi pohodlné a hlavne v noci bolo úplne ticho. Na raňajky bol široký výber, všetko čerstvé, boli sme spokojní. Tento hotel má úžasné recepčné – veľmi milé, ochotné, poradia so všetkým.“

Perfect 4 nights in Prague
Pros:

Friendly staff especially Ramona.
Excellent location. Soundproof.so nice & quiet inside despite noisy crowds. Suited our needs perfectly.
Will be recommending to everyone we know.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die freundliche und herzliche Art des Personals – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen.

Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt und alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns!

Perfect location
Pros:

My husband & I recently stayed at this hotel.
We booked it through Tui.
The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Old Town Square & Charles Bridge.
Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby.
Very clean rooms & bathrooms. Tea & coffee in each room, also a mini bar at an extra cost.
Plenty of cold choices at breakfast including meats, cheese, fruit & pastries.
There is hot food but we would have preferred if we had, had beans, bacon & hash browns as a choice every day instead just one day but that is a personal opinion.
We found the pillows & bed too soft for us.
The shower was ok, warm & powerful enough but as it is over the bath, we felt the bath was very slippy & quite high to step out of, especially if someone was older. It would be better with just a shower cubicle instead of a bath.
A rubber mat in the bath would be good to stop the slipping
The bath is also quite narrow & small, which is understandable when the hotel is only 3.28 wide!
Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again but agree, the location is perfect!
