Staff rude and didn’t know what they are doing
La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación estaba muy bien en general, el tamaño de la habitación era considerablemente más grande que el promedio en Manhattan

Me encantó el bono de desayuno, con el cual parcialmente pagamos nuestros alimentos de la mañana. El hotel está muy bien localizado. El personal es atento al servirte. El aseo es muy bueno. Las camas con confortables. Me gustó mucho que aceptaran a 4 personas en 1 habitación.
La vista de mi alcoba no era la mejor, pues era un piso bajo y veía una pared de la Estación de Buses, pero tiene que ver con el buen precio que pagué por el cuarto.

Que en la abitacion no avia microondas
Overall, our stay at Delta was nice. We had a comfortable room, and we appreciated the complimentary $25 food credit. The coffee shop and food options were also good, which made our stay more enjoyable.
However, we had one very disappointing experience with the luggage storage service. We left our luggage with the hotel and received a claim stub. One of our bags was packed in a garbage bag to protect our belongings. When we came back to claim it, a staff member i think shes the manager told us that anything in a garbage bag had been thrown away.
Thankfully, the garbage truck had not left yet. The luggage storage staff kindly helped us search through the trash, and together we were able to recover our belongings.
What was disappointing was the response from the manager. Although the manager came outside to check the situation, there was no apology or sense of responsibility for what had happened. That lack of accountability left a negative impression.
Overall, the hotel, room, and amenities were good, but the handling of our stored belongings and the management’s response to the incident could have been much better.

Not close to 4 star. 2-3 star that deserves about 7/10 rating.
Location was great
The shower was terrible. Water was going everywhere.
There was a protest outside which was very loud and noisy during the entire stay. Starts early and finish late in the night. It was terrible.
