One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Cons:

We stayed at Holiday Inn Beijing Deshengmen by IHG with two children from May 21 to May 24, 2026. The last night completely ruined our impression of the hotel.
At 5:00 AM, loud renovation work started — constant hammering and construction noise continued for about 1.5 hours. It was impossible to sleep. We were traveling with children and had a long flight ahead, but got absolutely no rest.
For a hotel of this level, starting ремонт works at 5 AM is completely unacceptable and shows total disrespect for guests. The management clearly knew about the construction in advance, yet still placed guests next to the noise.
One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

В целом все прошло отлично, жили почти 2 недели
Pros:

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, заселили раньше времени, детям дали сладостей) Номер чистый, постоянно меняли белые полотенца, уютные халаты и постельное, уборка была каждый день, если не ставить «не беспокоить». Каждый день приносили воду. Розетки подходили и под европейские вилки. Завтраки в отеле не брали, но пару раз на обед покупали комбо сэты с разнообразной едой по выгодной цене. Вокруг отеля много кафе, в основном с китайской кухней, но есть и KFC и чуть подальше Subway. В 15 минутах ходьбы нашли супермаркет, постоянно покупали там ягоды, фрукты и другую еду. На метро ездили только 2 раза, не очень близко. На такси можно добраться до любого места, несильно дорого.

Cons:

Интерьер немного устаревший, в санузел было 2 неудобные двери, которые не закрывались на замок. Очень грязные окна, понимаю что здание высокое и мыть окна неудобно, но думаю можно найти решение) Столовых, приборов и тарелок не было, попросили на ресепшен нож и вилки - принесли.

Хорошее расположение и соотношение цены
Pros:

Нам важно была локация, мы искали отель на несколько часов чтоб отдохнуть между переездами. Пешком прошлись по району и дошли до сада с тремя озёрами, там очень очень красиво.

Pros:

The hotel team is really friendly, Jason went out of his way to help accommodate our needs. Our room was big and beds were comfortable. We loved breakfast, which offered so many options, not only of local foods but also a traditional continental selection ( fruits, pastries, bread, eggs (fried, scrambled eggs, omelette- all to order) for those missing a western breakfast.

Pros:

Были на отдыхе в начале мая . Приехали в отель в 03,00 часа ночи, денег заранее не поменяли и надо отдвть должное персоналу отеля который пошел нам на встречу и заселил нас. Также хотелось бы сказвть огропное спасибо менеджеру по обслуживанию в отеле Винсенту, за его чуткое, и грсмнотное отношение к гостям. Винсент очень помог в бронировании экскурсий также помогал нам в благоустпойстве в отеле, очень отзывчатый и небкзоазличный молодой человек. Что касаетчя отеля хорошая европейская четверка , бронируйте не пожалеете

Американский стандарт с китайским акцентом.
Pros:

Отель известной американской сети. Придерживаются стандартов качества. Неплохие завтраки. Хорошая уборка номеров. До центра +/- 30 минут на авто.

Cons:

Судя по всему, менеджмент в отеле китайский, следовательно и все стандарты качества с китайским акцентом. Персонал по английски говорит и понимает плохо. В отеле пахнет куревом, да так, что запах уже въелся в полы и стены. В какую-то из ночей сосед вздумал покурить у себя в туалете, так мы чуть не угорели от его махорки. Пришлось звонить на ресепшн и ругаться. Правда курильщика устранили быстро, а на следующий день нам поставили в номер озонатор. Рядом почти нет, ни кафешек, ни магазинов и те до 21-22 часов. Так что вечером приходится, или сидеть в номере по-стариковски, или ехать куда-то тусить. Что-то заказывать в отеле - не самая лучшая идея. Во-первых дорого, во-вторых долго, в-третьих в номер они нести не хотят или делают вид, что не понимают.
В сухом остатке, никакими 4-мя звездами там не пахнет. Отсюда и цена выглядит несколько завышенной.

One week stay in Beijing
Pros:

The hotel is located right outside the histoical centre of Beijing. However, it is at least 15 minutes walk from any of the 3 neighbouring subway stations, so calculate an extra bus ride or taxi if you do not fancy long walks every day from and to the hotel.
Check in was possibe from 11 AM, due to the reception staff being kind. This was extra helpful in our case.
The room was clean and the staff kind. However a general refurbrishment is long due here.
Breakfast was excellent and had an above average variety.

WIFI horrivel, não recomendo pra quem vai a trabalho, é longe do metrô (cerca de 25 minutos andando até uma estação), os vasos sanitários não são automáticos como nos outros hotéis da china

Fenomenalan doručak. Odlična lokacija sa brzim i lakim pristupom metrou i velikom broju autobusa. Banke, prodavnice, sve u blizini.
