We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
Pros:

We loved this place! The balcony, the size of the bedrooms and kitchen were wonderful. The walk in shower was amazing.

Cons:

The furniture in the living room wasn’t very comfortable, but it didn’t matter as we sat on the balcony when we were there.

Wonderful stay with nice ammenities and great location!
Pros:

I have stayed there twice now and loved both times. The location is great especially for Dollywood and being close to town. The staff and facilities are very nice and welcoming.

The location is fantastic and the resort itself is quite beautifully maintained with pretty flowers and landscaping.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed is certainly not the most comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay overall! The location was great! We were close to restaurants too!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, helpful and great! The spa was amazing! The lazy river was wonderful! We did not have time to enjoy the pool although it looked fabulous!

Cons:

The beds in our 2-bedroom unit with pull-out sofa were too firm - we woke up with sore backs and neck, even the kids.

The carpet needs updated too but was ok overall.
