and free breakfast was not provided for first 8 days and provided for last 5 days.,we stayed for two weeks in two rooms.,Staff insists full payment on arrival we paid Rs 147000., we told we pay 1/2 and 1/2 following week., but they told they could cancel the booking., not great but later on they were okay.
Bathroom shower head not working and no partition or screen for the shower but was advertised as private shower and shower water flows straight on the other side make all floor wet and splatter all over bathroom and on toilet seat.

The reception desk couldn’t charge my card from technical reasons and I couldn’t get a room - it was 2:00am after a long 1day trip to Kerala :(

Cons:

The manager was very rude and unaccompanied. They did not want to help my elderly parents who requested them for early breakfast as they had to take a flight. They did not even bother to compensate for the missed breakfast by providing dinner/ snack.
My parents were not at all pleased by the service.

great place but staff can improve
Pros:

Clean and comfortable- all as per the booking details for room and facilities

Cons:

Staff kept phoning to ask for payment every 2 days; it was agreed that payment would be at checkout but they wanted advance payments. It was irritating. to get them off our back we had to pay advance and then 2 further aliquots. Food from attached restaurant is very expensive- including room service. There are a number of good eating places nearby that cost less than half and are better.
