Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. Nice and close to the beach ,everything I needed in the apartment and Kelly very helpful on reception.

Disappointing
Pros:

The size of the room was good

Cons:

No one at reception over the weekend, tv didn’t work when called the number for help they tried to help over the phone but that didn’t work, they advise a technician would be up in the morning they never came, our whole stay was without a tv. The room was cold and there was only a sheet on the bed and no blankets anyway to be found. No tissues in the room. Wouldn’t stay there again

Amazing will not hesitate to rebook the same apartment
Pros:

The location was a walking distance to the beach and shops. I love the colour white or bright colours and the apartment was just what I needed. It was like home away from home….very cozy

Great location tidy with all facilities.
Pros:

The view was amazing from the spacious patio. Room was tidy and had everything we needed with great cooking facilities. The bed was clean & comfortable. The location was handy to the beach.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean but there was some mildew in the spa bath area. We also found small cockroaches in the kitchen and lounge room.

The friendly staff were very welcoming, location was pretty good

Cons:

You call it a resort with no resteraunt or bar, this to me was misleading, it is merely an apartment block

Awesome
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond after hours for me when I checked in.
There was a spa in the room which was a great surprise
Kitchen laundry elevator bedroom TV with Foxtel
Everything was very good.
Very comfortable very happy

Cons:

If I was being very nit pickey -Sometimes finding a parking spot on the same level as the elevator was difficult and you had to park 1 level down and walk up that level to get to the lift
But there was always somewhere to park your car

Pleasant, comfortable and well maintained.
Pros:

It was in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It wasn’t too posh and very quiet.

Cons:

It didn’t have a lift to 3rd floor unfortunately as I was in town for an Operation (knee). I was lead to believe that the Apartment had a Dishwasher.
Entering and exiting was quite difficult.
