I’ve never stayed somewhere so dirty in my life. I would 0/10 recommend booking any ‘budget’ accommodation here - it looks and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I had to request cleaning on my first day because all of the cutlery and bowls etc were dirty, and the longer I stayed there the more icky I felt being in the room. My hands were white dusted every time I touched the blinds, there was a bug in the ice tray, the microwave had food splattered everywhere, the floors were dirty - unfortunately, despite the great location/view, I could not wait to leave

I had an excellent stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again in the future
Pros:

It was a beautiful spot and very central to surfers and Broadbeach. No car needed if you’re staying around these areas as public transport is so cheap

Relaxing, quiet (for the GC), and a good sleep.
Pros:

Location perfect. Close to Tram and Beach. Great balcony looking at beach. Nice to sit out there, non windy at night. Spa great. Swimiing pool one of the best, a nice 28 degrees. Lots of brochures in foyer. Staff very friendly. Room well stocked tea coffee etc, One of the quieter apartment blocks. Great night views of moonlit ocean and city scape.

Cons:

No spare blankets for beds. Otherwise everything you need.

It was relatively close to Surfurs, as well as where I needed to go during my stay

Cons:

We did run out of toiletries during our stay (toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and shower gel etc) which we needed to purchase
