Excellent Hospitality & Feels Like Home Every Time
Pros:

I frequently stay at Hotel Tip Top Plaza whenever I travel for office work and client meetings. Sometimes I stay for a week, 10 days, or even 20 days, and every single time the experience has been amazing.

The hotel staff is extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. A special mention to Manager Mr. Chetan — he is truly an outstanding person. He is always ready to help with anything you need and makes every guest feel comfortable and cared for. His welcoming nature and support make the hotel feel just like home.

The hospitality here is excellent, and because of people like Mr. Chetan, staying at Hotel Tip Top Plaza is always a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for both business and personal stays.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay of over 15 days at Tip Top Hotel, Thane, Mumbai—truly a memorable experience. Manager Mr. Chetan welcomed me with a smile every time and had an energetic presence. He’s truly an asset to the hotel.
The welcome desk staff were top-notch, and their professionalism stood out.
The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options, superbly managed by the hotel team. Every morning, we not only enjoyed the meals but also felt a personal touch in the service. It’s this attention to detail that makes me look forward to visiting again!

Very courteous staff and great breakfast options...
Pros:

Tip Top Plaza is located conviniently in Thane. Can reach locations in both Thane, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai easily. Airport is less than 1 hour during non-peak hours.

Cons:

I faced problem in reaching the location from Mumbai airport. I used Google Map directly and was about to reach the location when, out of curiosity, I accessed thmap through Booking.com and to my shock, it was now showing a different location near Thane Railway Station. Had to double check at the reception that I had indeed reached the right location. Problem is with the location mapped in Booking.com site and not with the hotel.

Great Experience in Thane
Pros:

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Tip Top Plaza, Thane, along with my entire team for more than 3 months, and our overall experience has been truly excellent.
The staff is extremely supportive, courteous, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism and hospitality made our long stay very comfortable.
The breakfast options every morning are great, with a good variety to suit everyone’s taste. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for their consistent and accurate daily cleaning service.
Room service is also impressive, especially the à la carte menu, which offers a wide range of options even late at night making it very convenient.
The Grand Thali restaurant is fantastic for both lunch and dinner. The Aamras Puri is a must-try and absolutely delicious.
Additionally, Tip Top Mithaiwala offers great snacks for evening consumption. Our team also purchased sweets to take home, and the quality was excellent.
A special thanks to Mr. Chetan Bhanushali for his constant support and assistance. His hospitality and approach towards guests are truly commendable
he is a wonderful person and a great asset to the hotel.
Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would highly recommend Hotel Tip Top Plaza for both short and long stays.

The highlight is the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

Overall I love Tip Top Plaza.
Pros:

Overall excellent service and experience.

Cons:

They need to upgrade a bit in the bathroom.The toilet needs a definite upgrade. When you flush it sprays out - very unhygienic.
When taking bath, bath area is not effectively isolated from the test of the bathroom. Water spills out and is a big risk for anyone slipping.

The above two needs a quick but definite fix from overall health and safety perspective.
