Important information:

Payments are calculated according to the hotel's daily fixed exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent for exploring the city. Also, the staff was wonderful—very helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

While the room was clean, it felt very basic and lacked the "luxurious" feel advertised. We were also highly disappointed with the room view and the breakfast setup. Most official photos show the beautiful side facing the river, making it hard to realize there is a lower annex building in front of the main structure. We stayed on the first floor and our view was just looking directly at a roof and a wall. Furthermore, we had high expectations because we read many reviews on Booking beforehand and saw no complaints about this.For breakfast, we felt treated like second-class guests. Because our breakfast was "included", we were placed in a side room next to the main hall with a much smaller buffet selection. Even though the staff claimed the food was the same, the lack of variety and the uninviting atmosphere ruined the experience.

Das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Da freut man sich auf eine tolle Lage und dann wird der Aufenthalt vom BAUSTELLÄRM gestört.
