Dear Management Team,

I recently stayed at your property and found most aspects of my visit to be excellent. The service and facilities met my expectations perfectly.

However, I must express my disappointment with the WiFi. The connection was incredibly weak and unstable, making it impossible to download crucial work documents. This was quite embarrassing and disruptive. Unfortunately, due to the unreliable internet, I do not feel comfortable booking future stays here. I hope you address this infrastructure issue soon.
