Un sejur excelent
Pros:

Micul dejun si cina variate si foarte bune,personal foarte amabil,curatenie in camere,piscinele interioare cu apa calda,cele exterioare cu apa mai rece.Am avut sejur pe 2 nopti si am prelungit inca 2nopti.

Hotelul arata foarte bine, este curat, singura exceptie este ca unde erau piscinele interioare mirosea a urina

Personalul care face curatenie este minunat, oamenii amabili si draguti, in schimb unele doamne de la receptie au o atitudine care lasa de dorit (spre exemplu in ziua plecarii cand am ajuns la receptie doua doamne vorbeau destul de urat despre oamenii care pleaca la 12 fara cateva minute, checkout-ul fiind la 12); per ansamblu, experienta a fost ok, raport destul de bun calitate-pret

Room is nice & cozy, not very big but confortable, we had great air-conditioning with option to bring outside air only- this was best option for us, as we don't like to feel cold air flowing over us.

Everything in the hotel, you just need to rest and enjoy.
Pros:

We spent 2 days in this hotel. The staff is very nice, and the hotel is very clean. We had included in the price the breakfast and dinner. The first night, the dinner was not very tasty, but plenty of options. The second night, the dinner was delicious. Breakfast had lots of options and plenty of food. The coffee is very good too. The facilities and the pools are great. Actually, the whole concept is so well done that if you want to rest, you do not even have to leave the hotel, as everything is there. It has on one side of the hotel, even a supermarket and a pharmacy. We will return.

Cons:

More salads in the buffet would be great.
Although the indoor pools have posted signs that jumping isn't allowed, people are still doing it. Maybe some supervision would be great in order to eliminate this behavior.

Modul în care este gestionată taxa de acces la SPA după terminarea sejururlui (cele 2-3 ore). Dacă tot este construit bugetul pe baza ei, măcar să poată fi inclusă în achiziția inițială a serviciilor.
