Very clean, great location, good breakfast
The pillows; one was too soft and almost non-existent. The other was firm memory foam. No free tea/coffee or water in the room
El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno variado y riquísimo todo. La situación del hotel es inmejorable. El hotel combina el encanto de lo antiguo con comodidades modernas como ascensores. Todo muy limpio. Totalmente recomendable.

Очень старый,не самый чистый,невкусный бедный затак,полотенца были дырявые,с таким я не сталкивалась ,белье не ослепляло белезной.

Very nice interior and atmosphere. Room was beautiful and clean. Helpful staff.
Lokalizacja. Hotel jest świetnie położony w centrum starego miasta, wszędzie bliziutko, rewelacja. Pokój był też ok, ładny widok, przestronny i czysty, chociaż zasłużyłby na odświeżenie.
Śniadanie - masakra. Restauracja wogole nie przygotowana na taką ilość gości, jaka ma hotel. Jedzenie niedobre, monotonne, wszystko co „na ciepło” tak naprawdę było zimne, jajecznica z proszku - dramatyczna. Jak na hotel 4* to śniadanie jest naprawdę okropne.
Obsługa - pracownik recepcji przy check in w czw 20.08 fatalny, bardzo niska jakość obsługi i niechęć. Obsługa śniadania - również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Z tej ubogiej oferty śniadaniowej - ciągle czegoś brakowało, stoliki nieposprzątane.
Pokój zasłużyłby na odświeżenie, drzwi do łazienki popsute, ręczniki mocno podniszczone, a obsługa sprzątająca nie pojawia się mimo próśb na drzwiach.
Dodatkowo sauna - w najbardziej deszczowy dzień weekendu (sobota) - z jakiegoś powodu nieczynna.
Fantastic location, right in the city center and within walking distance of everything. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely thin, so you really needed at least two to sleep comfortably. The air conditioning did not seem to work properly, as even when set to cooling mode, it was blowing warm air. Because of this, we had to keep the window open, but since the hotel is right in the city center, there was quite a lot of noise from people passing by outside. The breakfast was also quite limited and could definitely offer more variety.
