A good stay to tour old town area
Pros:

The location was excellent to access old town with a bus stop close by. Plenty is restaurants nearby too, and if you want a wine/beer after 8pm when stores stop selling they are able to sell you one at the bar area. Elevator, luggage storage, and AC (don’t expect American level cold) were some nice bonus aspects to my stay.

Cons:

Slightly dated and you can hear the room next door if they’re talking above a conversation volume. If they have a noisy kid you’re definitely going to know their schedule. Opening windows at night was difficult since the street noise from passing people was loud, although it isn’t constant noise.

Pros:

Прекрасное центральное расположение.

Cons:

Отель не соответствует 4 заявленным звездам, максимум 2 или 3.
Очень старый номерной фонд.
А именно отделка( старые обои - отходят от стен, изношенный пол) , сантехнику , электрика, телевизоры.
Естественно антикварные элементы мебели придают шарм, но не скрашивают убогость обстановки.
