Super Lage gleich hinter dem Dom, sehr teures EIN bis ZWEI - Sterne-Hotel!

5 Gehminuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt und zur Tram/Bushaltestelle.
Historische Gebäudeteile in die Innenarchitektur integriert.

Im gebuchten Zimmer (“Superior Doppelzimmer“ 302) kein funktionsfähiges WiFi - Umzug auf Zimmer 206 mit WiFi, dafür kaputte Klimaanlage und defekte Badlüftung. Mehrmalige Beanstandung nutzlos! Antwort: “der Techniker ist verständigt, kommt morgen oder übermorgen“. Am 3. Tag wurde ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. “Zimmerreinigung“ nur auf Anfrage. 2 Damen brauchen gemeinsam eine Minute für Leeren von 2 Papierkörben und neue Handtücher. Wischen oder Bettenmachen Fehlanzeige. Personal an der Rezeption ungeschult bzw. desinteressiert. Man fühlt sich nicht als Gast, sondern als Bittsteller am Büroschalter. “Lounge“ nicht vorhanden, nur ein paar historisierende Altmöbel, abgenutzt und durchgesessen, wie auch in den Zimmern. Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich. Dieses Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten schon länger hinter sich und wird heutigen touristischen Anforderungen nicht gerecht.

Hyvä majoitus kohtuullisella hinnalla.
Pros:

Sijainti erinomainen, mikäli vanha kaupunki käynnin pääkohteena. Huone hyvä ( toki tv 15 vuotta vanha, kansainvälisiä kanavia ei näkynyt).Aamiainen riittävä maksettuun hintaan nähden.

Cons:

Vastaanoton palvelu riippunee henkilöstä, joka on työvuorossa. Epätasaista palvelua. Siivous jäi väliin, vaikka vaikka sitä erityisesti pyydettiin.

Hotellin sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Olimme kohteessa tosi aikaisin, joten mahdollisuus aikaiseen sisäänkirjautumiseen oli ilahduttava yllätys.

Cons:

Kadulta kuului viikonloppuna kova meteli huoneeseen. Huoneen kokolattiamatto ja sänky kaipaisivat jo uusimista.

Miljöö ja rauhallinen sekä hyvä sijainti nähtävyyksiin ja julkisiin kulkuyhteyksiin.

Cons:

Ilmalämpöpumppu sijoitettu ikävästi sängyn päälle, joten viilennys ei ollut nukkuessa järkevää. Tv-ruutu oli onnettoman pieni, ettei tekstejä esim. sängysdä loikoillessa nähnyt.

Meriterebbe 5 stelle per la posizione strepitosa, alle spalle della Cattedrale. Affascinante atmosfera rétro. Mattoni e travi a vista, antica scala di legno

Zero stelle per la moquette. Ma il Covid e la necessità di disinfettare o almeno igienizzare gli ambienti non gli ha insegnato proprio niente? Lenzuolo corto che non riusciva e coprire il materasso, materasso con buchi, dotazioni in bagno non da hotel 4 stelle.

Hyvä sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli keskinkertainen. Aiemmin lähetettyä toivetta erikoisruokavaliosta ei huomioitu mitenkään. Onneksi oli omat leivät mukana. Ilmastointi ei toiminut, hellettä 30 astetta, joten yöt olivat tukalia. Huonetta ei voinut vaihtaa. Saimme onneksi tuulettimen huoneeseen, se auttoi hieman. Lakanat liian pienet sänkyihin nähden, eivät yltäneet patjan alle ja ne lähtivätkin joka yö alta.
