Very convenient for our stay.

Cons:

Some furniture needs updating which we were told is happening in the next 3 months. Hope they do something about the lighting too. Very dull in the bathroom.

Okay. we wished we had booked into the Sage hotel.
Pros:

Separate bedroom was good.

Furniture in the bedroom, longe room, and club bar and restaurant areas were old, soiled and had lost support.

.very disappointed that our bike was stolen offL the back of the car which was parked in the secure carpark. Asked if there was a secure place to put the bikes, if they could be put in a storage area or in our room at the time of booking and was advised that this was not possible. '

expecting more cleanliness,bigger fridge,newer fittings.i don’t think a return visit is on the books
Pros:

Two separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Spacious balcony and customer service was above and beyond with a few different aspects during our stay with different questions, sorting out ac when I didn’t push key far down enough and providing emergency laundry pods at reception.

Cons:

My pillows didn’t support my neck sufficiently so have been sore since. Floors were rather hard underfoot. Main curtain didn’t close properly due to curtain runner malfunctioning. Drawers in bedrooms were very dusty. Main bedroom shower door sticking making difficult to open and close without further damage so didn’t use that shower at all, mindful of $50 damage deposit given on check in. Air conditioning unit was extremely dirty. Lastly kitchen tap (hot/cold lever) was very loose at its anchor so had to be careful when using.

Pros:

Great view over the golf course and ocean. Easy parking, easy checkin. Short walk to shops and restaurants and bike trail and beach. Dining room was great for an early dinner before a show. Quality breakfast in the Garden bar. Nice one bedroom apartment.

Nice large apartment rooms and good amenties.
Pros:

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Room was very large and spacious. Secure parking. Balcony was nice.

Cons:

No toaster. Aircon was not working.

Pleasant
Pros:

We loved the view from our room which overlooked the golf course and ocean. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Convenient location, walking distance to CBD. Food at restuarand was lovely.

Cons:

There seemed to be a cockroach problem in the bathroom. The shower water temperature fluctuated during the shower changing form hot to cold. The kitchen had miminal crockery and cutlery and could have used some additional utensils e.g. can opener, extra mugs and a chopping board.
