I had an issue with the room price, so I decided to book online to get us a better price, she got upset about it ,dont know what happened, she left us in the office one time ,she said (it takes time for booking com. To go through) came back still with a rude face expression, then she try to charge us, when im showing her on my phone, they had already charged my bank, she got upset again, left the office for the second time (saying something about checking up on that) didn't understand why?? When the computer was right infront of her??? Then we had the security say she had went to eat!!!!!!!! I Found it very disrespectful, very Rude of her to have left us there, lied about what she went to go do, instead of finding a solution to the problem......I tried to cancel my transaction with my bank, after she came back 20min later she was more calm about the whole situation, could have been she was just hungry........idk, but we have never experienced an issue like that, as we've stayed there like 2 times before, but we do stay at rosarito in the same hotel (del mar)more often,, could say once every other month, and im sorry, but the staff overthere are the Best ,from office staff ,security staff, restaurant & cleaning staff, all are super friendly, helpful make u feel at home ,always smiling....sorry but we won't be staying there (del mar in tijuana)ever again!!!!!!!!

Estancia buena y confortable.
Pros:

Ambiente tranquilo. Servicios como wifi y otros funcionando impecablemente. La limpieza de la habitación muy buena. Provisión diaria de champú y jabón. Counter abierto las 24 horas. Guardia de seguridad las 24 horas. Estacionamiento gratuito.

Cons:

Equipo de aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso.
Restaurante abierto solo hasta las 14:00

El personal es amable y servicial pero no es cálido, quizá por ser norteños. La estancia incluía desayuno, pero no el desayuno buffete que tiene su restaurante, sólo es un poco de fruta, huevo y café. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa, la plaza de toros, restaurantes y plazas paqueñas. La cama y almohadas a mi me tocaron bien, cómodas.

Cons:

La TV nunca funcionó, y no la pudieron arreglar. Tiene alberquita pero el agua está muy fría.

Publicidad engañosa
Pros:

El personal muy amable, buena comida, aún que me parece publicidad engañosa que diga que incluye el desayuno y después te cobren por los niños y digan que el desayuno es solo para el que pago. Pagué a dos adultos y dos niños debería de ser el desayuno para todos y no es así. Lo considero publicidad engañosa además que no incluye el buffet eso tiene un costo extra.

Cons:

Los colchones están muy viejos y rechinan, el agua de la alberca no es climatizada y está helada.
