A lovely few days in a stunningly beautiful city.
Pros:

Its location and the lovely friendly staff.

Cons:

The bathroom unit in my single room (202) wasn’t good because it was so easy for items to fall down the two inch gap at the side where you couldn’t get to them.

Excellent stay because of hotel staff and location
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted with parking arrangements and luggage in the very crowded Old Town area, which made our trip more enjoyable. Great staff, location, and breakfast for those wishing to stay in the Old Town area. Beautiful comfortable room. Will definitely be back when in Krakow again.

Sehr nettes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, Nahe dem Bahnhof (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) und mitten in der Altstadt. Aus einem Altbau wurde ein modernes, sehr gemütliches Hotel gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet (sehr schönes, modernes Badezimmer; großer Kasten; generell großes, geräumiges Zimmer). Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles zu bieten, was das Herz begehrt und Eiergerichte sowie French Toast werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist verhältnismäßig klein, wer zu spät kommt muss an Hochtischen Platz nehmen, was zum Frühstück eher ungemütlich ist.

Good location.

Cons:

The reception staff were not very helpful or welcoming, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast waitresses were professional and attentive. The breakfast area is quite small, and the room lacks basic amenities such as a coffee machine and drinkable water. Water is supposed to be available in the corridor, but the container was often empty.

Great location, super clean, everything needed for a comfortable stay, including water dispenser on each floor. Breakfast was great, and we had a packed breakfast/lunch for the day we had to leave early for a tour too. Def recommend

Endast det positiva kom med i min förra recension. Fult! Så nu skriver jag om den i kortare version. Bra: läge, frukost. Dålig: varmt rum utan chans att reglera värmen då fläkten (sin skulle vara en ac) inte gick att reglera. Knöliga kuddar. Liten säng. Inga gardiner. Kommer inte tillbaka.
