Très bon séjour. Emplacement de l’hôtel excellent, très proche du Rynek.
Pros:

La propreté. La gentillesse du personnel. Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses. Excellent petit déjeuner très varié. Literie très confortable.

Asukoht ja puhtus.
Pros:

Asukoht. Kohe vanalinnas, peaväljaku lähedal. Puhas. Toas olnud kannukesse said koridorist endale koguaeg värsket vett masinast lasta. Tuba oli piisavalt suur.

Cons:

Vihmase ilmaga ei olnud võimalik kuskil riideid kuivatada. Ei töödanud mitte üks radiaator toas ega vannitoas. Toa konditsioneer töötas nagu ise soovis. Saun mida saad kasutada hotellis on lihtsalt väike tuba. Seal asuvad ka mõned trenasöörid. Imeliku vaibiga saun ja fitness ruum.

Charming Stay in Krakow
Pros:

What an absolutely delightful, cozy, clean and lovely hotel! i spent only a few days here while visiting Krakow but when I return I will definitely stay longer. The location, right in the heart of Krakow Old Town, was perfect, and it was super easy getting around. When I arrived super early, just after 11:00 AM, my room was not yet ready, which was to be completely expected. They let me store my luggage, directed me to a lovely local coffee shop for something to eat and coffee, and gave me some tips for my stay. To my great surprise, my room was ready almost immediately after I had returned with my coffee, and I was able to check in sooner than I expected. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. They called taxis for me on multiple instances, gave me great directions with a map to Old Town destinations, told me where the post office was for my postcards, and provided me with tips for getting around for some of my daily tours. The room was PERFECT and super clean. The breakfast was AMAZING! I had no idea the on site restaurant would be so good. They had a lovely, varied buffet and an excellent menu as well. Everything they served was absolutely delicious! And I greatly enjoyed the Chopin music playing in the background on their radio.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was PERFECT! It was a pleasure staying there and I'd like to do so again. :-)

סה״כ חוויה טובה מאד, אשמח לחזור למלון הזה שוב

מיקום מעולה, מלון נעים ונקי, ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות נעים ומסביר פנים.
בבוקר האחרון עזבנו לפני ארוחת הבוקר וקבלנו ארוחת בוקר מושקעת ונדיבה במיוחד לקחת לדרך.

Cons:

החדר שלנו היה בקומה אחרונה עם גג משופע ולכן החלונות היו קטנים יותר ללא אפשרות להחשכה מוחלטת של החדר.
פרט לכך הכל היה מצויין
