Good location, Hotel situated just off the old town square, very convenient for shops, restaurants and sight seeing, easy to find. Friendly reception staff, easy check in.

The hotel was excellent value for money as they had some kind of deal on. In the Old Town, near the sights, squares, restaurants and railway station, I had a view of the tower of St Mary's with its many spires. Good sized room

Wonky air con. But in fairness once brought to managements attention they solved issue swiftly & as an apology left a lovely bottle of wine & baked goodies in the room
Everything was perfect. The staff in the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the service in the breakfast restaurant was just as professional. The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish!
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, giving me great recommendations for exploring the city and booking trips. The room was nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good, especially the dishes from the menu, they were definitely my favorite part. The price matched the standard and location. I will definitely come back!

The bathroom unit in my single room (202) wasn’t good because it was so easy for items to fall down the two inch gap at the side where you couldn’t get to them.

The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted with parking arrangements and luggage in the very crowded Old Town area, which made our trip more enjoyable. Great staff, location, and breakfast for those wishing to stay in the Old Town area. Beautiful comfortable room. Will definitely be back when in Krakow again.
