מסדרונות המלון צרים מאוד, הדלתות לא חוסמות רעשים. צוות הניקיון היה קצת רועש בשעות הצ'ק אאוט.
מיקום מעולה, ארוחת בוקר טריה וטעימה, צוות מקסים, נהנו מאוד
עבדל הגבר היה בקבלה לאורך כל השהות שלנו ונתן לנו מענה לכל דבר בכל דקה מרימים טלפון לקבלה ומקבלים מה שמבקשים בשנייה
כולם היו כל כך נחמדים ומקסימים והמלון ממש ממש במרכז
נהננו מאוד מהשירות ואני ממליצה על המלון !!

הפקידי קבלה מקסימים...הצד אאוט הנדיב בשעה ארבע ולא כמו במלונות הגדולים שמעיפים אותך ב12.ארוחת בוקר פצצה ..ומכונת קפה. וזה שאין ילדים כמעט

Отличный отдых в гостинице Play. Очень хороший номер и отличный завтрак. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасное обслуживание на ресепшен и в ресторане— сотрудники внимательны и доброжелательны.
Из минусов — коридоры выглядят довольно устаревшими и не создают приятного впечатления. Всё остальное просто супер.
