Pros:

It was horrible the room was nasty, there was poop on the toilet, hair on the bathroom floors and the desk was not clean. The door was jammed and I was unable to open it, when I informed the receptionist she responded “oh that’s the door that gets stuck.” I choose this hotel to accommodate me while my a/c was being repaired, however the air in the hall and lobby was out creating a humid and musty smell.

Cons:

It could have been a lot cleaner.

Jimmy Cricket in my bathroom.

Cons:

I stepped on a live cricket in the middle of the night in the bathroom. I didn't know this until morning...he was still alive. (I did not pay for a 2nd guest) I emailed the owner....he did not respond back. That's bad customer service.

Even needing some updating I enjoyed my stay this will be my choice for any future Forney visits.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and each day we had a different menu and that was refreshing from having the same thing everyday

Cons:

The water pressure was really low in the sink and shower. The sink was really slow draining.

I booked 2 bedroom suite for to guests.
Mattress in sofa bed was totally broken, and you have to sleep on metal rails instead of mattress. I asked for another mattress after first night. No mattress was changed or another room offered to us. One of to chairs in our suite was broken.
Cleanliness is 3 from 10. Breakfast have poor choice.
Property itself is outdated and looks like owner doesn’t really take care about his property and his guests comfort and good stay.
