Pros:

Dicht bij strand. Goed zwembad. Goed ontbijt. En we waren de gelukkige dat we een upgrade kregen naar een suite. Airco was top. Dank daarvoor.

Je ziet wel dat het hotel wat onderhoud kan gebruiken. Ook her en der wat zwervers. Ga van hotel naar het strand. Ga niet de wijk erachter in. Daar veel zwervers.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Although we couldn't check in early, we could drop our bags off and check in later. The breakfast selection was very good and better than Al Moggar where I stayed in March. The adjoining rooms worked well for our family and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The noise from the road at the front of the hotel. There were dogs barking and cars beeping throughout the night and early hours of the morning every night. We thought NYC was the city that never sleeps!

Trevligt hotell med bra läge och fantastisk personal
Pros:

Jag hade en trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Läget är väldigt bra och personalen är otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam. Poolen är fin och hotellet är en äldre byggnad, men den är ren och välskött.
Ett stort tack till Rajaa, Mourad, Ismail och Mouad för ert fina bemötande! Det var verkligen trevligt att prata och umgås med er. Ni gjorde vistelsen extra trevlig! ❤️

Cons:

sängarna var ganska hårda. Toaletten och duschen är separerade, vilket kan vara lite opraktiskt. Det kan också vara ganska mycket ljud på kvällen eftersom hotellet ligger nära gatan. Det var även en del hundar som skällde utanför hotellet.
Trots detta hade jag en fin vistelse och uppskattade framför allt det bra läget, den fina poolen och den fantastiska personalen.

Pros:

Location is great. Beach and cable car noth within walking distance. Lovely big sized room with a mountain view

Cons:

Hot breakfast food wasn’t to my liking and no fresh cut fruit. Some of the staff ignored us when we asked for help or information

Un séjour agréable, mais loin du standing attendu d’un véritable hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pros:

L’hôtel est plutôt agréable, avec une piscine sympathique et une jolie petite vue sur la mer depuis le côté piscine.

La chambre était spacieuse et j’ai apprécié le fait que les toilettes soient séparées de la salle de bain.

Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont proposés sous forme de buffets assez copieux, avec suffisamment de choix. Globalement, l’établissement convient bien pour un séjour familial et tranquille.

Cons:

Le principal problème est que l’établissement ne correspond absolument pas, selon moi, au standing que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel annoncé comme 4 étoiles. Les photos m’avaient donné une impression assez différente et je m’attendais à des prestations plus haut de gamme.

Même si la chambre était spacieuse, elle était très vieillissante. La décoration, notamment avec beaucoup de velours, paraît datée et peu adaptée à un climat aussi chaud. La salle de bain aurait également vraiment besoin d’être rénovée : elle est ancienne et nous avons notamment constaté des fissures sur les murs.

Enfin, j’ai été très surprise par l’interdiction d’introduire de la nourriture, mais surtout de l’eau provenant de l’extérieur dans l’établissement. Pour la nourriture, je peux éventuellement comprendre la règle, mais interdire d’apporter sa propre eau, particulièrement en pleine période estivale avec de fortes températures, me paraît vraiment excessif. C’est une règle que l’établissement devrait selon moi revoir.

L’hôtel n’est donc pas mauvais en soi, mais il faut venir en sachant qu’il s’agit davantage d’un hôtel familial assez ancien que d’un établissement offrant le standing que l’appellation « 4 étoiles » pourrait laisser imaginer.
