The pool and location was great

Cons:

Not clean particularly the bathroom were mouldy. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the water pressure was poor. Says it’s for 4 stars but is more like a 3 star hotel. No late checkout option. The service from the staff was very poor. Tourist tax was not mentioned beforehand it was about 500 dirham. WiFi was bad and would constantly cut out.

Zwembad beviel goed. De aankomst ging goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer zeer schoon.

een goed geoutilleerd hotel voor een weldadig verblijf
Pros:

De verzorgde kamer, goede badkamer en airco. Verder de ligging nabij het strand en het centrum zelf.
Het hotel zelf heeft uitstraling, groot zwembad, terrassen.

Hôtel bien situé mais expérience mitigée.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement et le cadre de l’hôtel. Au petit-déjeuner, nous avons particulièrement aimé les omelettes préparées le matin ainsi que les msemen, qui étaient très bons.
Le personnel de salle et de cuisine est très gentil, accueillant et agréable

Cons:

Très déçus par la gestion de la réception en fin de séjour. Malgré le règlement de toutes nos consommations par carte bancaire, on nous a réclamé de l’argent à nouveau à 5h30 le matin du départ, en nous expliquant que nos paiements n’avaient apparemment pas été correctement enregistrés.

Le transfert retour, organisé avec l’hôtel et payé à l’avance pour 6 personnes et 7 bagages, a également été catastrophique. Malgré deux confirmations de la réception avant notre départ, une petite voiture totalement inadaptée s’est présentée : un enfant a dû s’asseoir sur un autre enfant faute de place et les valises ont été installées sur le toit et à côté des enfants dans la voiture Une situation très décevante et surtout préoccupante en matière de sécurité.
La demi-pension du soir nous a également déçus. La qualité et le choix proposés ne nous convenaient pas et, malgré une demi-pension déjà réglée à l’avance, nous avons préféré ne pas dîner à l’hôtel pendant 3 soirs.

Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht, maar de schoonmaak en hygiëne vielen helaas erg tegen.
Pros:

De locatie is mooi en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was prachtig. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De hygiëne en schoonmaak kunnen veel beter. Onze kamer was bij aankomst erg stoffig en werd tijdens ons verblijf twee dagen niet schoongemaakt. Ook werd er geen water aangevuld.

Heel fijn hotel
Pros:

Lekker rustig,ook al was het hotel volgeboekt.Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad en de tuin,met uitzicht op de bergen met de kabelbaan én met uitzicht over de zee.
Ook het ontbijt-en dinerbuffet beviel ons weer prima.Voldoende variatie en lekker eten.
Goede WiFi.Schoon en lekker zwembad.

Cons:

Het was de vierde keer dat wij hier kwamen.De eerste keer was ongeveer 10 jaar geleden,maar de kamers zijn nog precies hetzelfde qua inrichting en beddengoed.Dat mag allemaal best eens wat gerenoveerd worden allemaal.
We blijven hier wel komen wanneer we naar Agadir gaan,want in z'n algemeenheid is het ons hier altijd goed bevallen.
