Pros:

Sembra di essere in un piccolo residence con camere molto carine, noi eravamo a piano terra con un bel giardino intorno, stendino fuori dalla porta comodissimo. Bella la zona piscina con barrettino annesso e loggiato con poltrone e tavolini, parcheggio per le moto ben custodito.
Il sig alla reception che ci ha accolto per il check in molto gentile e cordiale

Purtroppo l'ultimo giorno poco prima di ripartire sono inciampata nella grata dello scolo dell'acqua ( rialzata) davanti la nostra stanza, sopra avevano messo un grande sasso per cercare di tenerla giù ma non ha funzionato.
Sono inciampata con la scarpa nell'angolo della grata e sono caduta sul ghiaino, mi sono un pò sbucciata nulla di grave, quando abbiamo riportato le chiavi mio marito ha informato la signora alla reception dell'accaduto, lei ci ha liquidato dicendo che l'avrebbe fatta controllare. Almeno chiedere se mi ero fatta male? Chi lavora al pubblico un minimo di gentilezza e garbo la dovrebbe avere.

La location è molto carina, ma forse sarà stato che era fine stagione è sembrato ormai lasciato andare anche in piccoli servizi tipo la colazione inesistente è un peccato. Una location con un ottimo potenziale non sfruttato peccato.

Pros:

Zimmer war sauber, jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück als Buffet war mit grosser Auswahl super! Die schönsten Strände um Orosei sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Stay somewhere else if possible
Pros:

The room was ok. It is quiet. The town of Orosei that is close has a lot of bars and restaurants to go out in the evening

Cons:

- there is a mandatory parking fee of 8 euro/day that you need to pay upon arrival. Yes you pay the parking even if you sleep at their hotel
- internet was terrible to non existent
- There was no trash in the room, no hanger, no mirror (besides the one from the sink). On the terrace 9 rooms had to share 4-5 wire racks to dry their clothes and people kept 'stealing' them in front of their own rooms.
- They have a doorbell by the door so they can wake you up and get you out of the room when they come to clean which i have never seen before. The breakfast i haven't tried.
- The pool area is ok, but the mosaic on the pool is falling apart and the edge is very dirty. The bar at the pool does not respect its hours, person there was very rude and their drinks are terrible and expensive
- One morning there was no hot water and at the reception i was told very bluntly that they know and it will get fixed at some point.
- Santa Maria Resort and Spa is transformed into Santa maria resort and SPAce, because there is no spa... the jacuzzi was covered with a tarp full of mud and algae

Estancia muy recomendable.
Pros:

La tranquilidad en las instalaciones. Nos dieron 2 habitaciones en la parte nueva del complejo, al principio pensamos que estábamos alejados de lo que es la recepción, el bar y las piscinas centrales...pero fue un acierto.
