Limited parking and awkward steps to negotiate for the public car park (for which we were given a permit)

This hotel was immaculate. So clean and tidy and smelt lovely and fresh. My room was only a single room but had plenty of space just for one person. The bed was really comfy and i really loved the pillows as they weren't cheap flat ones. The attention to detail from the owners is great, tissues, shampoo, shower gel etc. The hotel was really quiet too, which was surprising as it is extremely close to shops etc. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. The owners/staff we met during our stay were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They checked with us everyday of our 3-day stay to ensure we had everything we needed.

Værtsparret skal have højeste karakterer for venlighed, imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed.
Dejligt værelse, øverste oppe, lige ud til Babbacombe Road, men alligevel var der stille og roligt på værelset, både i dagtimer og om aftenen.
Hotellet ligger centralt, i gåafstand til det centrale Torquay, tæt på havnen og omgivet af gode spisesteder. Bus lige udenfor døren.
Parkering ved hotellet, og endda hjælp til parkering, når man ikke lige kan svinge bilen ind på en lille parkeringsplads.
God morgenmad.

The Hotel owner is the most polite and friendly host you could meet. He met you at the door and explained everything to you, took the time to make sure you new everything about the property and area.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms bright and airy and the breakfast delicious. As we were celebrating our anniversary we were treated to a bottle of wine and card from the owners which was a lovely gesture. Thank you from Pete and Maggie

The hotel fitted our requirements perfectly. The hosts were excellent and very helpful. We chose to take breakfast, which was of excellent quality and value. We were very happy with the cleanliness and facilities provided. Overall we felt our stay was excellent value.
Only stayed for a couple of days but the whole experience was wonderful. The hosts were incredibly helpful and everything was perfect. Lovely room with a really comfortable bed. Everywhere was spotless. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked delicious. Would definitely stay again when I’m next in Torquay.
