Pros:

Hotellet var väldigt fint, bekvämt och väl omhändertaget. Personalen var trevlig, hjälpsam och gav ett varmt bemötande.

Frukosten var helt fantastisk – sjukt god och med otroligt mycket att välja mellan. Middagen var också jättegod, höll hög kvalité och vi blev verkligen positivt överraskade.

Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt!

Lage war ok

Cons:

Waren 3 Leute im Doppelbettzimmer, somit musste 1 Person auf den Schlafsofa schlafen. War ok, jedoch hatte diese nur ein Kissen und Bettlacken, die Bettdecke fehlte. Hatten an der Rezeption Meldung gemacht, wurde uns gesagt der Zimmerservice macht das noch. Ja sofa war gebettet jedoch fehlte die Bettdecke also musste man sich mit einer Decke welche eigentlich für das Doppelbett zudecken...

An incredible stay
Pros:

Great location, just a 10 minute direct tram into the centre or a pleasant 25-30 minute walk in and a big supermarket with some bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were so so friendly thank you to the receptionist ladies and Alex in the dining room for being lovely and attentive. The property was spotless and modern, a really comfortable room and access to a great gym. Loved the food too!

Cons:

The sauna in the gym wasn’t working properly but this was only a minor hiccup! Everything else was faultless. We have booked to return next summer!

Would defo stay again
Pros:

Value for money especially with breakfast and dinner included. The tram stations are two minutes walk away.

Cons:

Could have had better heating.

Pros:

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent, very rich and offered a great variety of choices, while the dinner was also very good. We were particularly impressed by how helpful and attentive both the former GM Ms S.., and the current GM Ms Malin, were. They both made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would be very happy to return to.

Two night stay
Pros:

Very good location - 5 minutes into Gothenburgh by tram.
Nice clean , confortable room with good facilities .
Able to park car very close .
Breakfast & evening meal included so very good value.

Cons:

Not the best view from room office block opposite but didnt spoil our stay
