Pros:

Hotel mieści się w dogodnej lokalizacji - blisko sklepu spożywczego i świetnej, włoskiej restauracji La Serata. Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę bardzo udany. Pokoje są piękne, przestronne i bardzo komfortowe, dzięki czemu można poczuć się swobodnie i naprawdę wypocząć. Śniadania były przepyszne – świeże pieczywo, żółty ser i szynka oraz naleśniki najbardziej nam smakowały.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa recepcji. Personel był niezwykle miły, serdeczny i pomocny. Również wymeldowanie przebiegło błyskawicznie i bezproblemowo – wystarczyło zostawić klucz w słoiku na recepcji, co było bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem. Jednak największym i jednocześnie najmilszym zaskoczeniem był uroczy upominek przygotowany przez personel z okazji urodzin mojego męża. To drobny gest, ale właśnie takie detale sprawiają, że na sercu od razu robi się cieplej i czuje się, że gość jest naprawdę ważny. To także powód, dla którego z ogromną przyjemnością chce się wracać do takiego miejsca za każdym razem. Zdecydowanie polecam i mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócę!

Prima gelegenes Mittelklasssehotel inmitten des Zentrums
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher, sogar deutschsprechender Empfang. Check-In problemlos, ausreichendes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück in der Lobby. Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile erfüllten die Erwartungen. Zimmer (zum Parkdeck) war ruhig.
Gute Erreichbarkeit von Dom und Uni (zu Fuß in 10...15 min) und fahrradfreundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hätte funktionieren sollen, wir kriegten keine Kühlung einzustellen. Bei ganztägig praller Sonne war es trotz zugezogener (innenliegender) Gardinen mollig warm, kein Durchzug erreichbar trotz offenen Fenstern.
Parkgebühren (für den Innenstadtbereich 23 SEK/h) sind an allen Tagen zu entrichten.

Tolle Lage aber zu dem Preis nicht wieder

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß.

Cons:

Check-In Begrüßung hat mich sprachlos gemacht. Ich bat darum langsam schwedisch zu sprechen und wurde angeraunzt dann machen wir es eben in Englisch. Herzlich Willkommen geht anders, Trotzig wurde mein Ausweis verlangt, da man mir nicht zugehört hat, der vorab Online Check in wurde von mir digital gemacht.
Das Bett eine Zumutung. Die Matratze war durchgelegen, sodass 2 Personen in eine Kuhle automatisch gerollt werden. Dadurch körperliche schmerzen nach eine Nacht
