Pros:

I liked nothing about the property. I rang the morning of my intended arrival to confirm my booking and reception confirmed that they had my reservation and were expecting me.
When I arrived at the hotel that afternoon I was told there was an issue with my room and I had to stay at an apartment 10 minutes away

I was treated with complete disrespect by the male concierge on arrival. Put in a room that backed onto the indoor pool/spa. The noise from screaming children & the jacuzzi was so loud I could not sleep. I tried to complain & was treated appallingly by the same concierge, told it was nothing!!! The noise in my room was like a jumbo jet was taking off. Disgusting customer service, disgusting unliveable room. I do not recommend this accommodation!!

See previous comments. Everything was truly wonderful.
Pros:

My wife and I didn’t have breakfast in.
We ate 3 evening meal at both the bistro and the lounge
and all were exceptional.
In the building, undercover parking was helpful due to inclement weather.

Cons:

Nothing really. Everything was fine. Staff, room, eating establishments, everything. We were well cared for. Thank you.
