Staff were friendly
There was heavy rain, but when we woke in the night to go to the loo, the floor in our room was covered in water. Our belongings left on the floor were soaked. It was still wet come 10.30am when we check out, but when we mentioned it at the checkout, we were just offered a coffee to say sorry. I feel the hotel not being water tight is a big problem, and we would have expected to be offered a refund, or at least a discount. We made the decision not to call the desk in the middle of the night as we wouldn’t sleep and would ruin our last morning in Barcelona, but it seems by not treating it as the urgent matter it was in the middle of the night, the hotel wasn’t interested

Le seul point négatif pas de parking réservé à l’hôtel par contre un parking couvert se situe à seulement 20 mètres de celui-ci moyennement un abonnement d’environ 70€ pour 4 jours

Otelde üç gece konakladım ancak hizmetten memnun kalmadım. Bornoz ve terlik istediğimde, bunların yalnızca daha pahalı odalarda sunulduğu ve faydalanabilmek için oda kategorimi yükseltmem gerektiği söylendi.
Çıkış sırasında minibar için yaklaşık 54 € ücret talep edildi. İtiraz edip hesabın yeniden kontrol edilmesini isteyince tutar 19 €’ya düşürüldü. Eğer itiraz etmeseydim, hatalı olduğunu düşündüğüm 54 €’yu ödemek zorunda kalacaktım. Bu durum otelin ücretlendirme konusundaki güvenilirliğiyle ilgili ciddi soru işaretleri oluşturdu.
Ayrıca çalışanların yaklaşımı güler yüzlü ve misafirperver değildi; çarşafların temizliği de yeterli değildi. Genel olarak konaklama deneyimim beklentilerimin oldukça altında kaldı. Bu nedenlerle oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.
