Úžasné ubytování. Byla jsem tady už podruhé a pokud budu mít ještě někdy cestu do Liverpoolu, určitě se tu ubytuji znovu.
Breakfast was awesome. Location to the Registry Office for the Wedding we were attending was brilliant.
Couldn't open the window in our room, and it was a bit warm.
The breakfast, was very tasty, service was fantastic, I was made to feel very welcome, the atmosphere of the Royal, was very relaxing, can’t wait to book again

Rooms small
From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful. Reception was manned 24/7. When we came down for breakfast Liz made sure we knew where the buffet was, had our tea & coffee on the table when we got back from the buffet and our cooked breakfast was fantastic. All locally sourced. Everything was amazing and we would definitely stay again.
The matress was a bit soft for our liking but when we mentioned this at checkout they said that if we stayed again to let them know and they would flip the matress as they have a soft side and a firm side. This level of attention to detail made this one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
