I would have rated the property as excellent other than the fire alarms in the middle of the night. The staff did check

A really enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location and breakfast choice superb. Excellent staff. Lovely clean room. Very good food in the restaurant.

All settings for the shower were too hot.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were lovely, breakfast fantastic, hotel was comfortable and clean. Free car parking and wifi, which worked well.
Location was good for us, it being a 15-minute drive to the Isle of Man Steam Packet terminal in Liverpool. Crosby beach, with its Anthony Gormley Another Place statues was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Nothing not to like.

Comfortable beds and a great breakfast served by friendly helpful staff wot more could you want
Pros:

I love this hotel it’s very clean the staff go above and beyond to help you , nothing is to much trouble
It’s very quiet and well run
The bar area is comfortable and clean
It’s very central for the beach shops and bars
