Goed hotel op doorreis en dichtbij Edinburgh.
Pros:

Hotel met restaurant en bar. Vriendelijke mensen. Redelijk dichtbij Edinburgh. Kamer niet zo oudbollig. Ruime douche.

Cons:

Smalle bedden, waren bang er uit te vallen. Veel trappetjes naar je kamer. Warm op de kamer.

Apart from the bed a good stay.

Good location, lovely clean rooms, breakfast filling, but would have liked a continental option, fruit croissants etc

Cons:

The second bed in family room was described as a single bed. It was actually a sofa bed. It was a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Super disappointing.

We had to leave before breakfast but dinner was fabulous! Stuffed chicken, vegies, and haggis bon bons! I still think of it all!

We enjoyed our stay. We were at a 2 day dog show at the highland centre and will stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but the buffet layout was very restricted. The food lids had no real place to sit whilst you needed 3 hands to serve yourself. the area was also quite dimly lit. there was a good selection once it found its way to your plate.
These comments are only mentioned to improve the experience. We stayed in one of the Pods and they were very comfy once we worked out how everything worked and how to find the bedding and make up the spare bed. There were no instructions or detail of restaurant times or menu. There were adequate tea and coffee and even a few snacks. We wanted to make a sandwich with the food we has brought in but there wasnt any cutlery to spread butter etc. The floor was a bit creaky but overall the experience was very nice.

Cons:

Spread the breakfast layout over a larger area to accommodate ease of getting the food on the guests plates. brighten the area. Have some information in the pod to help guests ie where to turn on the shower, meal times etc
