Pros:

The room smelled of smoke and we were never offered room service. We had to switch out our own towels. All of our items we had in the room now smell of smoke. We checked out 2 days early and were told we couldn’t get a refund for those two days.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms are disgusting and building is falling apart.
Cons:

EXTREMELY DIRTY! Literal feces on the toilet seat, pink and green mold everywhere in the bathroom, stains on everything including the bedding. We even switched rooms and the second was only slightly cleaner (feces stains limited to the bowl and rim of the toilet instead of also being on the seat...) We didn't feel comfortable using the shower or the bedding, so slept in our sleeping bags on top.

Air conditioners in multiple rooms were leaking fluid into the hallways. A couple had buckets placed under them that were overflowing into giant puddles. Staff were nowhere to be found until we stood in the office for 5+ minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Bare bones place to sty near Anchorage Marina.
Pros:

Right on waterfront
Reasonably quiet

Cons:

Room was very humid, even with air conditioning. Clothes were damp and towels didn't dry.
Lot next door was abandoned and an eyesore.
Room key repeatedly stopped working.
No elevator.
Minimal amenities.

Management was very kind and helpful which made my stay a lot easier and comfortable putting my mind at ease.
Pros:

The room was actually beautiful and clean, decorated nicely, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with adjustable shower head (loved that).

Cons:

No iron and iron board in room, no closet or hooks to hang your clothes. Security concerns after hours and distance from parking lot to hotel.
