La gentilezza del personale mi ha colpito molto e li ringrazio tutte e tutti: ero da sola ma non mi sono sentita sola!
Pros:

La colazione varia e prodotti buoni, con personale molto gentile e attento.
La disponibilità di tutto il personale per qualsiasi richiesta o informazione.

Cons:

Se devo trovare un difetto, ho trovato la vasca del bagno un po’ alta per me che sono bassina e faticavo un poco a entrarci e a uscirne. È stato un elemento sfidante, ma ci sono riuscita!

Une jolie surprise
Pros:

L emplacement proche du métro ligne A pour accéder au centre, ou aux différentes lignes de bus ou train..
Le personnel adorable, souriant et qui prend le temps de nous conseiller pour nos visites.
La chambre : Nous avions demandé 2 chambres proches car nous étions 5, et donc séparés. Nous avons eu 2 chambres proches ,dont la triple spacieuse avec une grande terrasse où nous pouvions nous retrouver à 5.
La propreté, la chambre était faite tous les jours, et les serviettes changées.
Le petit déjeuner simple mais varié où chacun à trouvé son bonheur.
Et enfin la possibilité de remplir sa gourde tous les matins avant de partir en escapade car il a fait très chaud lors de notre séjour.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol se trouve peut être dans la qualité des jus de fruits au petit déjeuner.
Le reste étant parfait !

Aproape de metrou.
Aer conditionat la discretie in camera (reglabil de la 18 grade in sus) - a fost f cald in Roma.
Mic dejun ok.

Cons:

Trotuarele străzii pe care este amplasat hotelul miroseau a urină.
Am avut probleme cu vasul de la WC - curgea in continuu - s-a rezolvat in 45 minute.
Camera a fost amplasata la ultimul etaj - unde erau si camerele personalului. Tot timpul pe hol erau aruncate pe jos prosoape, asternuturi schimbate din alte camere...urât!

Voor 1 of 2 nachten een prima hotel,.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid.

Cons:

De douche op de kamer was goed maar de douchedeuren sloten niet waardoor badkamer en vloer in het halletje ervoor, kletsnat waren
Badkamer in zijn totaliteit een beetje verouderd

Estancia excepcional.
Pros:

Hotel limpio,cómodo con ubicación inmejorable,se puede ir a todos los sitios de interés andando.Desayuno completo.El personal es amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.Nos permitieron guardar las maletas después del Chek out.
