Een zeer goed hotel voor familiefeestjes.
Pros:

vriendelijke bediening van het personeel en receptie.

Personal freundlich, aber schlecht organisiert.
Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Zimmer liegen im separaten Haus. Jugendherbergs Stil. Ausstattung billig und abgewohnt. Licht und Föhn im Bad kaputt. Einfach abgewohnt und mit Dekos aufgehübscht.

Unacceptable Hygiene and Severe Pest Problem

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, but my stay was deeply ruined by a serious hygiene and cleanliness issue. When I first entered the room, I noticed a distinct smell of dampness and humidity. Because it was raining heavily outside, I initially assumed the odor was due to the weather. However, as my stay progressed, I realized the room suffers from a persistent and severe humidity problem. I strongly suspect there is an underlying issue with the building's moisture insulation.
During my stay, I discovered a persistent pest problem inside my room. I found and took photos of 7 to 10 different silverfish (Ctenolepisma) crawling around. This is not a single isolated incident; seeing this many insects clearly proves a lack of proper deep cleaning, pest control, and humidity management by the hotel management. Sharing a room with multiple pests is absolutely unacceptable and uncomfortable for any guest.
I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards here. I have already documented everything with clear photographic evidence and escalated this official complaint to Booking.com customer service for a refund. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere if they care about cleanliness. Furthermore, when I reported the situation to the reception and showed them the photos, they reacted with complete indifference, treating it as if it were totally normal. It seems they are entirely used to this happening.
