Pros:

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer hatten wir Ameisen und das bereitgestellte Babybett war so schmutzig, dass es ausgetauscht werden musste. Zudem mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da es sehr stark nach Abfluss roch.

Von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten wir deutlich höhere Standards in Bezug auf Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Komfort.

Excellent experience everything was perfect mainly staff & location

Cons:

Air-conditioning was good, but I wished it was better with controls for the temperature it would have made the experience truly unparalleled. Nevertheless it was good enough not to ruin the experience

המיקום יחסית מרוחק, כי נסענו לטייל באזור אגם קומו. המלון יפה ונקי, אבל די מיושן. ככל הנראה היה בלבול בעת חיפוש והזמנת המלון עם המלון בוטיק החדש.
החדרים גדולים מרווחים ונקיים, המיטות סופר נוחות וענקיות!!
הצוות סך הכל נחמד.
עלות החנייה גבוהה מדי ולדעתי לא צריכים לחייב את אורחי המלון בכלל על חניה, כי ממילא השהות יקרה.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה, למעט העובדה שצריך לשלם כסף על חביתה וזה מוגזם בעיניי. הקפה נהדר.
סך הכל חוויה כוללת טובה.
