Pros:

First and foremost, the staff was amazing - very helpful and welcoming.
The location was great. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had different options.

Cons:

The A/C did loud noise, so if you are a sensitive sleeper - this may be an issue. During the stay - just kept balcony door open at night and turned off A/C.

Pros:

Good location for our needs. Easy to get around by metro and walking distance to many places we wanted to go to. Daily breakfast, laundry facilities and a nice indoor swimming pool.

Very good location and spacious rooms.
Pros:

If you arrive at the Gare Central it is about a 15 - 20 minutes walk to the hotel. You could take the new REM from Gare Central to McGill (1st station stop) but you have to find your way around. The green Metro Line McGill is close to the hotel. to get around in Montreal with public transport. The location of the hotel is very good. The room facilities have been very good, though one can see that it is becoming a bit old. Excellent space for sitting, looking at TV, a little kitchen space and a nice bathroom are offered. The bathroom has only a smaller counterspace. The shower worked well. The TV was very good, so was the Wi-Fi. The hotel offers breakfast included in the price. The breakfast is good with many choices of toasts, fruit, cereal, cakes and eggs. If you like to walk to Mont Royal it is a very good starting point. Just go west and cross the facilities of McGill University and up you go.

Cons:

There is not much to say as everything worked pretty well.

Great location with fair rates
Pros:

We attended a concert at Parc Jean Drapeau and this hotel was a good location. Easy access to get to the Metro for a short trip to the concert cite. Parking is not included but there was a parking garage right across the street that cost $20 per day which was reasonable. Breakfast was complimentary which was in a big room so lots of space. It was a cold breakfast with enough variety to get you going.

Cons:

Our room was good the only thing that was a bit disturbing was the noise from the air conditioner when running. It was quite loud everytime it would start which when you're sleeping, it can easily disrupt your sleep.

Pros:

Close to a medical appointment we had to go to while in Montreal. I booked the wrong dates in error. The hotel fixed everything for no extra charge and even upgraded our room, which i was very grateful for. It was pet friendly. Clean, comfy beds, good air conditioning. You could rent movies and charge to your room which was nice. Breakfast was very good and included.

Cons:

Parking was a bit expensive, we had a truck that would not fit in underground parking so had to do an outdoor lot nearby but was costly.

Pros:

La chambre avec kitchenette et l’espace.
Tout le personnel, accueil, réfectoire du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner assez copieux.
L’emplacement idéal pour la visite du vieux Montréal et du port. Centre commercial Eaton à 7 minutes à pied avec métro ligne 1 pour se rendre au parc olympique et au pied du Mont Royal.
