Good hotel with big comfortable suites and kitchenette in a great location close to the train station and downtown.
Pros:

Good location close to train station. I was given a suite (upgraded) that really felt like an apartment: living room, kitchenette, bedroom, 2 TVs. The room was quite comfortable and had most amenities you’d expect.

Cons:

The toilet didn’t work very well, you had to flush more than once. A/C was too loud. Not very well soundproofed, you could hear noise from outside, especially sirens. Breakfast was very basic, no hot buffet and by 9 they had run out of several items, like boiled eggs, warm milk, hot water that was not replenished.

Un alojamiento estupendo. Con desayuno incluido. El personal muy amable. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio que pudimos aprovechar. La cama muy amplia y cómoda, cocina funcional y un baño amplio para 2 personas.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están un poco viejas.
El desayuno disponía de bizcochos, huevos duros, jamón cocido, bagels, fruta sencilla (platanos y manzanas) y café, pero siempre había las mismas cosas y no había platos calientes o con elaboración.

Once situated we enjoyed the stay and would return assuming the air conditioning unit was corrected

Great location! We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go!
Very nice breakfast icluded!
Generous room size and very comfortable amenities.

Cons:

Checking in with a large vehicle was challenging during check in. The vehicle
did fit in the garage across the street once we unloaded and backed out of the tight unload area.
Our air conditioning unit was spitting out residue and my husband had a bad reaction in his sinuses
that caused significant distress. He reported the situation the next morning at check out. Hope they attended to it.

Great hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay in this welcoming hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a problem with our toilet flush one evening - we rang reception and someone came to fix it within 10 minutes! The room was clean and spacious with a great view of Mount Royal. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but very welcome.

Cons:

The breakfast area was a little cramped and busy at times but we always managed to find a table. However, although it was busy staff were constantly replenishing the food and drinks so we still felt well looked after.

Pros:

Room was an excellent size, Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel location is in a good area, but bit of a walk if exploring the old or downtown areas. One thing that stood above all thew rest was the staff they were all very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Whilst the room was clean and of an excellent size the decor is starting to look a little tired.

Appart idéal, bien placé pour visiter Montréal
Pros:

Piscine au dernier étage.
La chambre représente un petit appartenant de quoi séjourner longtemps si besoin.
Prise en charge bagage avant la prise de la chambre.
