طلب غرفة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة فقط واحدة بالدور الاول هل يعقل الفندق لا يوجد به غرفة واحدة !!! الازعاج طول اليوم حتي الساعة 2 فجرا لم استطع النوم الافطار حسب الايميل المرسل 65 ريال بالفندق طلب 95 ريال الرد ان معلومات بوكينج قديمة لم تحدث !!! لا يوجد مصداقية لدي التطبيق والفندق
The furnitures, the cabinets of the kitchen and the bathrooms are very old, and need to be renewed

I liked the proximity to the Masjid Nabwi. They provided joining rooms for my family and the staff were helpful.
There was building work going, which disrupted my sleep throught my time there...I didnt sleep once properly. The Hotel markets itself as 5 star...however the hotel is very outdated..with fixtures and fittings moving and electrical wires exposed.
As the noise wasnt really something the hotel could control...the rooms state is something the hotel can control....will not be staying again, as for the money there is better hotels around.
