A lady at the property refused to approve my request for extension of stay through booking.com. she prefers that I make a new booking directly with the hotel. I find this unacceptable. I went through a lot of difficulty trying to get my booking extended on booking.com. When she made it clear that she wasn't approving the extension I was forced to pay for the extra week at a very high rate. I filed a complaint with booking.com also on the shabby treatment I received from one of your customer care agents. In all it was a horrible experience both with the hotel and booking.com.
