Bell Boy Mr Saleem was really a gem. His warm and positive attitude and helpful nature was really appreciated

Cons:

The washroom lock was not working hence needed repair after occupying the room. HK team could check these things the room as part of room cleaning to have best experience for the customer

Ok for this trip but would not book again. Mainly because of bad air system in the room.
Pros:

It was near the places I had to be. Staff very kind and polite. They changed my room from smoker to nonsmoking floor.

Cons:

The air system in the hotel seems not be working well. When I cleaned my nose in the morning it was all black. Was at floor 4 first, which is the smoker floor. My eyes were burning that night.
