Séjours et Affaires Tours Léonard de Vinci is changing its opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm;
Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays

If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code.

Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and on public holidays.

Housekeeping is done once a week.

The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Le prix et l’emplacement proche centre vile et gare

Cons:

Pas de climatisation avec les fenêtres tournées vers l’est donc soleil dans l’après midi et soirée ! et pas de volet roulant non plus ! Un vis à vis avec un autre immeuble juste en face de la chambre nous empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres !

La receptionist più giovane è stata molto carina e gentile. Vicino alla stazione

Bisognerebbe dare al cliente sempre qualcosa in più, mai metterlo nelle condizioni di lamentarsi. Per esempio ho chiesto un po' di cartagienica in più e la risposta è stata: "questa è la quantità limite per chi sta tre notti". Praticamente solo due rotoli. E se la voglio dovevo comprarla da me. Non è una strategia intelligente perché all'hotel un po' di carta in più non costa nulla, ma costa tanto una recensione negativa. La camera in genere era spartana, un po' vecchia e con piccole cose da aggiustare. Nel 2026 è impossibile che manchi l'asciugacapelli in camera e che lo si debba dividere con altre camere. Sono piccolezze che non costano nulla ma che danno forti disagi .

la situation à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Tours, l'organisation parfaite pour la remise des clefs, la propreté des chambres, le petit déjeuner délicieux et très copieux, la qualité d'accueil de l'équipe technique vraiment remarquable,notamment à la réception et à la salle du petit déjeuner

Procédure d'accueil à revoir impérativement
Cons:

Aucun personnel vu du weekend !!! à part le Personnel de ménage le dimanche matin.
Le samedi à 16h je n'avais pas le code d'entrée de l'immeuble ni mon numéro de chambre ; heureusement un agent de sécurité a fini par apparaître puis a ouvert un coffre où une enveloppe comprenait ma clé et les infos manquantes ??

Bonne literie, 4 oreillers, le coin cuisine, la vue du 4e etage

Le freezer du frigo était rempli de glace, donc frigo pas froid et le moteur de celui ci donnait de la chaleur ds la pièce deja tr chaude..Assez galère pr rentrer, aucun personnel, que des codes et peu d explications pr l étage, etc..seule et fatiguée c galère..les portes d ascenseur couloirs etc pas tr propre.. Très difficile de rentrer ds la douche..tr tr étroit..
