Alles in Allem ok...
Pros:

Die Lage war super zentral und dennoch ruhig- das Zimmer hatte eine angemessene Größe- die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. das Frühstück bestand täglich aus den selben Bestandteilen

Cons:

die mittelmäßige Sauberkeit- abwechslungsarmes Frühstück, Kaffee war mit Wartezeit leider immer nur beim (freundlichen) Personal zu ordern

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer groß, sauber und schönes Sanitär. Die Lage vom Hotel ist nahe dem Zentrum. Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Utrecht.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

perfekte Lage, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch, das Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel superschön und stylisch, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir haben einen Parkplatz gebucht, welcher sehr schwierig zu erreichen war, trotz Navi. Viele Einbahnstrassen, Pflöcke am Ende der Strässchen, Fahrverbote. Das war zeitraubend und schlussendlich mussten wir ein Fahrverbot passieren, um endlich zum Parkplatz zu kommen, welcher das Hotel uns reserviert hat. Dementsprechend teuer fanden wir die Gebühr pro Tag (ca. 40 Euro). Das war jedoch das einzig Negative, mit dem Hotel waren wir äusserst zufrieden.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Relatively spacious rooms for a city center hotel. The location is absolutely great. Comfortable beds

Cons:

The value for money simply isn’t there, €200-220 a night for a hotel like this is not worth it, it would be in the €120-150 range in my opinion. Rooms were not clean, unnecessary calcium buildup in the showers, dust on the floors, dirty pillow covers. Showers need a proper scrub and rooms should be cleaned better

Mooi hotel maar slechte communicatie en behoorlijk gehorig.

De kamer was erg mooi

Cons:

De kamers zijn ontzettend gehorig. Er waren helaas gasten die het nodig vonden om de hele nacht lawaai te maken en verbleven dicht bij een deur in de gang die bij elk persoon die er doorheen kwam een klap gaf, dus heel slecht geslapen helaas. Ook hadden we extra betaald om later uit te checken, maar opeens kwamen er 2 mensen van het hotel de kamer in die dachten dat we de normale uit check tijd hadden. Dat was niet prettig, al helemaal omdat ik net daarvoor de douche uitkwam. Slechte communicatie dus.

Fantastische locatie
Pros:

Fantastische locatie. Mooi gebouw. Wij hadden een unieke kamer aan de gracht met eigen ligbad. Bed was comfortabel. Leuk dat er twee stoeltjes zijn voor buiten. Fijne uitchecktijd. Ontbijt was prima, voldoende keuze. Prettig dat bagage achter gelaten kon worden. Keurig sanitair in het centrale gedeelte.

Cons:

Het zijn de puntjes op de i: handdouche bij het bad die niet goed vastzit, stuc dat bij het nachtlampje los komt van de muur, toiletborstelbak die los zit, mini bar die niet goed koelt en kastje eromheen dat wat gammel is, ventilatie in de badkamer die het niet doet.

Ik denk dat als het nog wat beter wordt onderhouden/ bijgehouden, de recensies ontzettend lovend zouden zijn. Een paar mooie potten met planten voor de deur, mooi naam/nummer bordje en een gezellig zitje met buitentafel zouden de ervaring fantastisch hebben gemaakt.

Very comfortable and good location!
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The shower had great water pressure, and overall pretty clean. Good space in room, AC was easy to use.

Cons:

There was some mold in the shower, nothing major but was still there. Having a fridge would’ve been nice, and very loud at night from passer by people, but overall those are the only complaints.

O tamanho do quarto e a experiência de ser num canal. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Porta direta para o canal,beneficiaria se tivesse uma antecamara ou porta melhorada. Acesso difícil se tiver muita bagagem ou problemas de mobilidade.
Pessoal da limpeza deixou detergentes em cima da bancada da casa de banho
