Cons:

The building is old and worn down. The faucets in the bathtub were separated from the wall when you used them. The toilet in the first room didn't work. The sink was plugged in the second room, the phone didn't work, the tv remote didn't work, even with fresh batteries. The ceiling fan fixture in the second bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The cost was not apparent in value. There appeared to be blood on the wall in the second bedroom. Everytime the air conditioner kicked on it banged and woke you up. Even when it turned off.

Everything was great, the staff, food, cleanliness and location!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! I have stayed at many Comfort Inn’s and Suites and this one was by far the BEST! From the time we checked in and out was great! Ms. Dana is the GM…all GM’s for Comfort Inn and Suites really need to be trained by her! All the staff Ms. Zee, Ms. Tee, Ms.Dolly were all great! I do not have one complaint! I will definitely stay again!

The kids and I loved loved their breakfast, it’s was delicious.

The property was clean and the hotel employees were nice. Also there is always parking available.

The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always had a positive attitude and did their best to assist us whenever we needed something.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The facility feels quite outdated and could definitely benefit from some renovations and updates. On top of that, we did not receive housekeeping service a single time during our stay. Our room was never cleaned, the trash wasn't emptied, and fresh towels and washcloths were never brought to us. Instead, we had to take our own used towels and washcloths to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones, which was inconvenient and not what we expect when staying at a hotel.

The outstanding customer service from the staff is the reason this review isn't lower. They did everything they could with the resources they had. If management invests in updating the property and improving housekeeping, the overall guest experience would be much better.
