Had a wonderful stay though a few things need to be taken into consideration
Pros:

It was clean but needs a little bit of a touch. May be refresh the room before the guests check in. Also include toilet brushes and iron.

Cons:

No immediate attention when you put a sign on the door. Ended up going to the reception.

Clean, comfortable & cheap but starting to look worn out.

No ac, hot evening was ok for me but others might find it a bit of a struggle

Pros:

Breakfast was ok average could offer fried eggs unless I missed something maybe omelette

Cons:

The shower had pubic hairs still in .matress very hard so hot in this heatwave they had fan but needed something extra maybe mini fridge for you to put drinks in if needed something cold .
