Weekend di relax immersi nella storia e nell'incantevole paesaggio della Maremma

Posizione incantevole, si gode di un panorama unico in un atmosfera fuori dal tempo
Colazione a buffet abbondante, variegata e con prodotti locali
Camere spaziose e pulite, tenendo presente che si tratta di un antica fortezza
A 2 passi dai borghi di Pitigliano e Sovana
Ottimo anche il servizio offerto dall'hotel per escursione serale alle Vie Cave Etrusche di san Rocco con Lorenzo, guida esperta e competente.

Una soluzione da favola
Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa, all'interno della storica rocca, sembra di trovarsi in un film o in una favola, senza abbandonare il confort delle stanze moderne. Dotata di tutto il necessario, letto comodo. Vista meravigliosa. Consiglio anche la cena, ristorante superlativo, piatti abbondanti e deliziosi. Personale accorto e gentile. Parcheggio pubblico non a pagamento a 2/3 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che mi sentirei di segnalare è che non consiglierei la struttura a chi ha problemi a camminare o disabilità motorie, in quanto la pavimentazione con san pietrini e pietre è un po' sconnessa e all'interno, per raggiungere le camere, ci sono molti gradini alti. Non so però se abbiano stanze al piano terra su richiesta.

Ǔžasný pobyt ve středověké pevnosti. Křivolaká schodiště a tajemné chodby. Historický nábytek. (Ale postel moderní).
Velká, moderní koupelna. Snídaně ve středověké jídelně.
Město samotné skoro bez turistů, zato spousta koček...

Cons:

bez klimatizace, pouze silný větrák.

Sorano è meraviglioso e l'albergo si trova nel punto migliore del paese, al ricevimento sono gentilissimi e spiegano tutte le varie visite che si possono fare
La pace che si percepisce è impagabile e la vista ti riporta indietro nel tempo

Cons:

La struttura è antica ma alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili, il soffitto in legno presenta diverse ragnatele. La doccia ha la tenda, bella, ma pur sempre una tenda.
Abbiamo fatto colazione fuori, peccato che la ragazza che serviva parlava solo inglese e in Italia mi aspetto l'italiano.
Capisco che gli stranieri siano la maggior parte dei Clienti ma vale la pena fare uno sforzo per far scoprire agli italiani questa perla

El sopar que es fa a la terraça amb llum d’espelmes es fenomenal

Amazing experience.
Pros:

What an absolutely amazing experience, the location, the view, the staff. It felt like such a special place and we will absolutely return. Exceptional value for money. The staff were all so friendly and passionate about the fortezza. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the wine they make was great.

Wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying and eating at the hotel restaurant
Pros:

We stayed in room 24, which is one of only a handful that have air-conditioning and it was fantastic. The room was clean, it was comfortable, and it overlooked the Fortress courtyard. We loved the staff. Everyone was friendly starting with the receptionist all the way through the staff at the restaurant. We would highly recommend the restaurant. The food was great and the presentation makes you feel like you are at five star restaurant. We also did the wine tasting with the owner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we were finished with the wine tasting, we went on to dinner and he was there to help guide us through the wonderful menu. If you are truly looking for an old world European experience, we would highly recommend staying here.
