Where history meets nature
Pros:

We stayed here for the second time and loved it just as much as before. The town has a wonderful atmosphere, and there is so much to discover in the surrounding area: Etruscan sites, the Vie Cave, old streets and beautiful countryside. It is a truly special place, full of character and charm, and we would happily come back again.

Un luogo incantevole in cui la Bellezza dei luoghi rispecchia la Bellezza delle persone. Cristiano, il proprietario, ha selezionato uno staff che accoglie e cura gli ospiti, lui in primis. Camere bellissime con letti ampi e comodi e viste sul paese, ristorante eccellente, accoglienza impeccabile per professionalità e gentilezza. Favoloso.

Superior todas nossas expectativas que já eram altas.
Pros:

Simplesmente apaixonada por esse hotel, ele é a própria experiência da cidade. Nosso quarto maravilhoso ficava em uma torre com a janela com vista cinematográfica. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e carinhosos. Eu estava com minha bebê de 7 meses e eles foram muito receptivos. Amei amei amei, o melhor hotel de toda nossa viagem.

Cons:

O único ponto que eu colocaria seria a questão de não ter ar condicionado, o calor estava muito intenso. Mas é algo que é muito compreensível já que se trata de um prédio histórico.

Beautiful location, but disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was beautiful, especially knowing that the property was once a fortress. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was very different from the photos. It was a nice room, but not one that felt worth the price we paid. The door also could not be properly locked because the knob was loose. The staff were aware of the issue, but simply told us to pull the door harder.

During the night, there was a storm and the electricity went out. As a result, we had no way to charge our phones or use the fan, making the room uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep in.

At checkout, we were told that there was nothing they could do about the weather, which is understandable. However, we were disappointed that they did not even try to offer any form of compensation or discount, especially considering that we had paid extra for the cellar tour and wine tasting and had also purchased a bottle of their wine.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie

De locatie en het prachtige kasteel. Je loopt zo het stadje Sorano in.

Cons:

De eerste nacht hadden we een hele kleine, warme kamer. Gelukkig konden we een andere kamer krijgen; we zijn daarbij heel vriendelijk geholpen.
